[Resolved]  Videocon D2H — timer complaint

i have inform my complaint to the number given to me by a dealer [protected] and the mobile number is [protected]. the guys visit and check the machine inform me that i have to change the timer . i accept them to chnage . next day they came with a timer, but the timer was not fitting properly. they excuse and ask me to give one more day to correct the mistake (actually the guys are not familiar with service). i accept that for the last ten days i am waiting for the ir visit. more tahn 15 times i called them. still no response from them.

Dear Friend, I am also in the same situation as you are. I have bought the fridge 3 months back and the fridge is now not cooling. The good for nothing service centre guy came and found that the timer was not working. Its 5 days since he has not returned where he assured to return the next day morning. Am still waiting.
