To, The Concerned Manager Videocon I would like to inform you that.. we are using your company product since last 20 years.. in this 20 years we upgarded our washing machine but always with your product.. our last purchase was in the year 2008 from Bokaro Steel City (Jharkhand).. Since last one month we are facing lot of problem with your product and very surprising to see that no dealer is taking interested to hear or regsiter our problem. I beleive Videocon company is pioneer in the washing machine product but now they stopped taking intrest of there loyal customer... or may be they dont bother the problem of there customers. I am going to scrap my washing machine and will switch to another company product.. I dont want any help from anyone.. but this mail is posted for your information. Videocon — Problem with New Washing Machine

I purchased a new Videocon Washing Machine in 2010, the product delivered at my place was a defective machine so i had to return it back for replacement to videocon, they replaced it with another machine, but that too was a defective one as there was a water leakage problem with that they took the same machine for repairing thrice but the problem still existed as they had sealed it with M-seal / silicon on the inner drum. Gradually the problem increased and the now when i contacted the service centre they asked me to buy a new machine.

They shuld have changed the drum or given me a brand new defectless machine.

It has been appx 2 yrs and i have to buy a new machine because i have been cheated by the company.

Kindly help and provide me with the procedure for taking this matter further and file a complaint against the company.
