[Resolved] Videocon D2H — Hardware(dish antenna)

I have purchased vediocon d2h from Faizabad (UP) on 25.10.2010 my customer ID is 24848664.One part of dish antena is damaged as it is made of inferior quality of plastic.No other DTH companies are using plastic part for dish antena.I have mailed and talked to the company but they are not accepting their fault.As all companies are using the above part made up of steel so I want to replace the above defective part free of cost by the company which is made up of metal so that it is not damaged further.

Exactly the same complaint. The dish part is of inferior quality, and made of plastic, which easily gets damaged in the rain/sun. Customer Id is 55809594 in Bangalore. The customer executives were also unfriendly to accept that the mistake was due to them using inferior quality material.
