its very shameful to say that the we are using the product of videocon d2h , in which company no one is taking pain to resolve the issue an customer like me.

when i asked ur service center people to check the matter, they said we donot have work order to solve your problem.....................
is this the way ...........?
when ever i tried ur cust. care nos. after holding the line for 10 to 15min. ur in q caller no...6 than.......5 than...........4 ............1than automatically discunneted............ it repeats so many time


Now you people can under stand my pain
