I Bought television of videocon Company 29/10/2010, From Nagpal Enterprises Bill No 7243, Tin No [protected], and there is manufacturinfg defect in the television, which is dead in only four months after purchase, and when i have complained for the same in service centre they are giving me the complaints number only not providing me service and warranty, and distribuor said that will charge rs 2000 for the replacement of Product, but the product is in warranty and customer care gives us complaint numbers and the number of other Persons to contact for services (Mr surjeet and Phone no is [protected]) and the Person is not picking the Phone for services, complaits number are mention Below:
