I raised a complain having complain no HYD 13010066. The person (Bhagya), who registered my complain told me that our service center people will reach you within 1-2 days. The Service center people actually reached me on the same day over phone but they didn’t come physically to may place till now. Most of the time the Service center people are telling that we will reach in your place within 1 hour but after waiting for those people for a day they are not coming. One day one of your service center person called me and told me that he is not getting my place and he told he is waiting nearby my residence. When I reached there, he was not there. When I called him, he didn’t pick my phone call and after some time he was telling he will reach the said location after 1 hour and didn’t come to that place. I guess, the service center people are playing with me for last 12 days. The assigned Service Center name is Venus Electronics, Hyderabad .
I called to your customer care 3-4 times for this issue and called to your service center head Mr. Bashir several times but he is not picking phone. I called to the service representative so many time. he is behaving very badly and talking unprofessionally.
