Videocon D2H — No proper Response of complaint By Company From Last 3 months

Hello My name is swati, I am a videocon DTH user since last 1 yr. I am facing a problem in my set top box from last 3-4 months. I submit my compalint in co. call center on 5 november.they said that Exe will contact You within 3 days but no exe came at my place. Icall ed them again they said that same thing agian but no exe came. when I call them third time they didnt response me properly.

Please help me,
