[Resolved]  Videocon D2H — refund of money

sir ....i bought a mobile set of video 1675 on[protected]...after two days it have keypad problem...i went to service centre on[protected]...they give me DOA certificate for replace set on[protected] on....then i went to planet m retial from where i bought set but the set not available there ..they said to me set willl hand over me on[protected] now i went the shop but they provide nothing..they told me u will come on[protected]..but when i go there they again give me nothing..and told me come on[protected] and but when i went there they give me new excuse ...and give me 2 week 's waiting time ...i told to them plzzzzzzzzzz return my money i[censored] cannt provide set to me...they said they cann't refund ur money and u can buy any new set of any company but i want my moey back...
