[Resolved]  Videocon D2H — cheating from videocon d2h

Without giving prior information about recharging the account, the videocon d2h people have disconnected our service. When recharged of Rs 200 through netbanking on 06-Dec-2010 at 19:15 hrs, the transaction was completed from bank end but these people didn't received the money. This was confirmed over d2h callcenter [protected] phone on 06 Dec-2010. At the first attempt of call, i gave my customer id to them and inback, the customer care person told to wait for 48 hrs to get the account updated. I wanted to get started my d2h services within a minute till the software issues are resolved but no response was given from any of them. they were just in a position to say that wait for 48 hrs. Even i told them that i want to talk with their superior executive. They agreed but purposefully disconnected the call. I then called second time on the same no. again same things were discussed and same answer also they purposefully disconnected the call. For the third time also they again banned me from talking with their superior and disconnected the call. On calling for fourth time, mr. rahul from the d2h group transferred the call to the head executive but i think that the person i spoke with the head was non other than their colleague itself. all these cheaters names are Mr.XXXX, vinay, Sagar, Rahul and the biggest cheater Deepak whom i talked that day on 06 Dec-2010. The customer is stupid he does not know how to deal with the situation. He should have kept the screen shot of the payment made online and then properly file a written complain and the customer also gets a update on TV when the payment is due... the customer wait for the last moment till their connection gets terminated before making payments...I am also a subscriber of Videocon D2H but i am extremely happy with their service
dues does not get updated on TV.
