Sub:Complaint reg. manufacturing defect of washing machine
Videocon-WM/KONZERV-5800WH with Sl.No:00990 which is purchased by my
wife DHAN.

1......NEXT RETAIL SHOP BILL 10254 Dtd:23 Aug 2007 of KENGERI SAT-TOWN
BANGALORE BRANCH
2.....With in one year the above washing machine dead, and what the
repairs done by the technician is not known to us. He did't given any
bill or attended acknowledgement, he kept us in the dark about what he
did the service.
3.....Now on 8th Apr.2010 one technician came against complaint
No:BAN-[protected] dtd. 7th Apr.2010

Dear sir/ madam,

Our washing machine started irregular movements and continues motor
running on 7th Apr.2010. We registered complaint No:BAN-[protected].
The technician came on 8th Apr.2010 and told the that the board is
gone, for replacing the same you have to pay Rs:2500. He forced us to
give Rs:250/- for the visit compulsorily. He taken amount and given a
bill, on it its clearly mentioned that Billing (applicable for the
chargeable jobs only). Permanent receipt will be dispatched from the
office. It is not yet received.

By Ref:No:2 it is clearly notifiable that the washing machine is dead
with in warranty period, and the serviced details kept the customer in
dark.

Due to the above reason the washing machine or the defective board
must be replaced by you with in 15(Fifteen) days. Other wise i'm
going to Sui you in the consumer court exactly after 20 (twenty days
from now). And write about this in consumer blogs, webs.

This is for your kind notice and needful.

Im proud owner of your company products. Pl take care about this
mouth advertisement is very powerful ad than any ad.

SO I CAN TAKE MY STEPS AFTER YOUR DEADLINE


Time is running, the problem is continuing. You might have solved
the problem @this time. I will wait for another 10days. Then i will
go to CONSUMER COURT, WRITE TO WEBS/BLOGS.


In both the above cases i know my rights & won.

Plz its my request to settle the things with in 10 days. I can't wait
any more as im going for summer holiday tour.

NOW IM BACK FROM TOUR, STILL THE PROBLEM IS NOT SOLVED. WITH IN A
WEEK MY FAMILY WILL BE BACK. SCHOOLS WILL START. THIS PROBLEM LEADS
TO INCONVENIENCE IN OUR LIFESTYLE.

cancelled????!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She is going to cancell.

Videocon - washing machine — not attending complaint for long time

We bought a videocon washing machine which is fully automatic in August 2010.. In first week of may 2011 it started giving some problems... so I register complaint on customer service center on 07/05/2011 but there was no any response, so I again call on Monday 9, then customer-care officer told there is no complaint registered on your name & he was registered complaint and give me complaint no. THA[protected].

After two days company engineer Mr. Ajay (mob no [protected]) calling & sending Mr Gautam Tiwari ([protected]) for solving problem . Mr Tiwari checked machine & replace faulty part on next day but in replacement process he has broken inside part ( wheel ) due to his fault, that time he was told I m coming on next day & replace this part immediately, but he was not coming till date & when I m calling him he was speak arrogantly, and saying I m not coming to attend you call anybody & don’t call me again.

Now whenever I calling him, he was not attending my call. till the date nobody at videocon has been able to help us out and it was purely a harrassment procedure which had happened...
