[Resolved] Videocon D2H — Balance shows zero after recharge..disconnected | |||
My customer id is 36475620...i have following complaints: 1)Almost Everyday i get sms on my mobile to recharge my account even it has sufficiant balance. 2) Its very difficult to reach customer care person & need to try atleast 7 to 8 calls. 3) I rechrged my account on 27th night with credit card & transaction id is [protected]....still i was getting sms daily that i need to recharge my account....on 2nd morning it got disconnected & showing zero balance.....i tried to speak cc but as usual cud not complete my conversation & line was disconnected by their customer care people. 4) Its a case of mental harrasment. Hence would like to file a case against Vediocon d2h. Was this information helpful? | |||
