[Resolved]  Videocon D2H — GSM sim card

Dear Sir/Madam

I have two GSM nos. of videocon.My one number has misplaced and using byanother person. I went to ludhiana service center but the customer car
e executive told me this no is not on your id proof. I have receving with the signature of person who has collected my id proof with this no. So please look in this matter and solve this problem.Otherwise i will take media action regarding this.

sir am using videocon sim..my number was bocked for address verification. i book the complaint on 1-12-10, they called me on 3-12-10 for verification, The verification was success. after the verification till now[protected] they din't activate my number. i called customer care 4 times a day they wer asking for the time for two and three hours. there is no response from them. i also talked with the higher officer he also ask me 4 hours time on[protected]. but there is no use.. am totally vexed by using this network.one of the worst network and customer car which i've even seen in my life is VIDEOCON..

sir mane ouctuber2010 ko [protected] videocon ka number shiri gnesh mobile se khrida tha.jo ki 29jan2011 12am ko bina btaye sim card registration fail kr diya gya.is number me kam se kam mane 1500rs ka richarj krwa chuka hu.mere liye number bhut jruri hai . please help me

sir, i am videocon customer, i purchase two videocon card, on that one card my no. is [protected], i book the complaints on 01 feb 11 at 8. pm, they give me one ticket books. when i dial any no. it give me recorded voice that call to customer case, when i call to custmor care, they can give me recorded voice " call to customer care " what is that. they can not send me any massage that why my card are blocked or whatever things.

this company is very bad

my mobile number is [protected]. i rechared 13 rupees towards 3 day mobile internet. but the service deactivated with in oneday.also unnesseryily u charged 7 rupees from my account. this i have the evidance in my hands. i need solution soon. otherwise we will meet the consumer court in before the next 72 hrs. call me [protected].

I have complain to videocon center to deep agency at cercent bhavnagar .
the are not giving proper answer to consumer. and telling get loss from here..
my balance has been deducted rs 90 of 1 mint and 44 sec call to syiria...

I have 2 videocon number. At 21 / 04 / 2012 in my mobile number [protected]
30 Rs cut automatic from my balance. I call the videocon customer care 198 for competent for it, but their no replay from 3days, All the time its give message "Our all the customer care officer are busy." I want my 30 Rupees back. I have simple mobile I haven't use any types of facility in my mobile, So please call me and give my money back and close all the facilities witch is other charged.
