i m user of videocon d2h.The setup box installed by company is not working properly since last 22 days.I logged a complaint to call center as well as the shopkeeper from where i purchased.firstly they said the card which is defective is not available with dealer .3 days back there is a call from engineer that part is with him and it has to be installed .i requested him to come to my place after 3.30 pm because we both are working and reach home after 3.30.on saturday i call him for installing the card again he then said i m out of station i requested him to come on sunday at anytime but no response from its side.i again call to customer care on sunday[protected]evening and my latest complaint no. is 16595008. customer care insure me for tommorow.hope for best.May my problem get solved tommorrow. I have already a videocon D2H connection with name MAJJO customer ID 604707 D.O.B[protected] registered mob no. [protected] .I want another secondary or multi-room connection with same ID NO.604707. I booked D2H product on[protected].But I wrongly registered my name .javed . because of this dealer sent me another product with name javed &customer ID 31171712. I did not accept the product .
so,
I request please cancel my D2h product (name javed customer ID[protected] .and register another product with existing subscriber name MAJJO & customer ID 604707
