[Resolved]  Videocon D2H — technical problem no response to complaint

Dear Sir/Madam
since i got the videocon d2h it cause problem,My Customer Id[protected] the channels are not viewing properly, they loosing their numbers and ending my TV on a Screen which includes pictures in pictures more than 12 (12 channels on my one tv screen) i complaint abt it the Engineer (they call) came and did something. Day after i got same issue, i call him he told me call to customer care i cannot do anything, i call customer care she told me ur complain is closed.you have complaint again then only we can send Engineer today, i also made the complaint today.there is no service from their Engineers.while attending the complaint they asked to cut the tree to get clear signal.i did so but now also the same problem arise.

NO RESPONCE TO REPAIR THE DISH
I, HAVE GIVEN THE SEVERL COMPLAINTS REGARDING VERY BAD RECEPTATION ABUT SIGNAL OF
VIDEOCON D2H DISH . SO FAR NO ONE GET REPAIRED FROM THE COMPANY SIDE.
