I am sorry to say this your service has been poor my ID 20395138 R.Krishnan... i have opted for two language channel one tamil and other telugu but no telugu channel has been telecasted for past one week.... I may launch a complaint to consumer forum or rti about your customer service staff irresponsible response to rectify this fault.... often my d2h is going to AV mode i have launched tis b4 2 month also but no service engineer has attended till now...... I am very sorry for this to say you may be greatest in this world but you have to statisfy the customer then only you can withstand this business.... this may be something in your deaf ears....but wat can i do we are indians know to only suck others life like your services do.....
