Videocon D2H — no proper channel telecast

dear sir,
I am sorry to say this your service has been poor my ID 20395138 R.Krishnan... i have opted for two language channel one tamil and other telugu but no telugu channel has been telecasted for past one week.... I may launch a complaint to consumer forum or rti about your customer service staff irresponsible response to rectify this fault.... often my d2h is going to AV mode i have launched tis b4 2 month also but no service engineer has attended till now...... I am very sorry for this to say you may be greatest in this world but you have to statisfy the customer then only you can withstand this business.... this may be something in your deaf ears....but wat can i do we are indians know to only suck others life like your services do.....

DEAR SIR, I AM RAYU PARWAR, FROM GOA I HAVE PURCHASED FROM YOU ONE DTH ID NO.35663616 IN FEB 2011 FOR WHICH RS.1690/- HAS BEEN PAID TO THE DEALER THIS YEAR AND DUE TO ADVERTISEMENT I AGAIN PURCHASED DTH ZAPPER LAST MONTH FOR WHICH I HAVE PAID RS2690/- FOR WHICH NEW CUSTOMER ID NO.HAS BEEN CREATED .AS PROMISED IN THE ADVERTISEMENT THAT YOU WILL BE REFUNDING RS 1000/- AND WILL BE CREDITED IN NEW ACCOUNT AFTER 10 DAYS OF THE INSTALLATION OF NEW ZAPPER .SINCE NOW MORE THAN 20 DAYS HAS BEEN PASSED AND NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE OF THE SAME I HAVE SPOKEN TO YOUR CUSTOMER CALL CENTRE [protected] TOLD ME THAT BALANCE OF RS 371.13 HAS BEEN LYING IN ID NO.35663616 AND NO TRANSFER HAS BEEN TAKEN PLACE.NOW DTH SERVICE HAS BEEN SCRUBLED AND CANNOT SEE ANY CHANNELS INSPITE OF HAVING ENOUGH BALANCE WITH YOU.
I THEREFORE REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY RESUME YOUR SERVICE IMMEDIATELY WITH THE CREDIT BALANCE OF RS.1000/-.MY MOBILE NO.[protected] AND WIFE MOBILE NO IS [protected]
