[Resolved] Videocon D2H — transaction successful but recharge not successful | |||
My videocon d2h customer id is 28986920. I recharged my d2h account with Rs. 1800 on 9th june 2012 through net banking. The message displayed at the end of the process was - "The payment has succeeded but the recharge operation has failed. Kindly contact Customer service at[protected] and quote your payment reference no: 43273429 and your web transaction id 6210036 and they will assist you in getting the credit". I am also having a print out of the transaction details in which the credited account number is provided i.e. 2878154. The customer service number provided is not working. And the customer care number given on the site i.e. [protected] is also fake as it is not responsive. I have already called the nodal officer whose number was[protected]. He told me to contact SBI customer care. Even he was not supportive enough in helping me to get back my credit. I have already called many other numbers apart from the above mentioned but none of them is providing any kind of help. They are just giving few more numbers to contact. I do not understand what kind of customer service is this?? And i have noticed that this is not a single case. Many other customers are suffering the same fate. Kindly resolve the problem as soon as possible and tell me the procedure to get back my credit that was mishandled by your d2h service.
