[Resolved]  Videocon D2H — unable to view pictures in tv

I have buyed an videocond2h on 5/1/2013 and my customer id[protected]. now i am not able to view any pictures in my television. i have contacted with the customer care but they have not handled the problem seriously..it has been too long to make the complained...please solve the problem as soon as possible...
i am facing lots of problems for this..
