Videocon D2H — deduction of service date

dear sir,
i virendra kumar customer of videocond2h, customer no.[protected]. videocond2h service use 23 sept 2010. this year my service expire 08 oct 2011, but before service expire recharge my a/c. videocond2h Diwali damaka offer 11 month recharge gat two month free. i recharge 29 sept 2011,Rs 1820/ my videocond2h service extanded 08 nov 2012 but last month my d2h service time dudctade 19 oct 2012. I com plane customercare but no action taken. please help for n.a.
