[Resolved] Videocon D2H — Refund of atm as product undelivered after payment | |||
I have purchased (Order No.[protected]) Videocon D2H box through online on 10th Nov’11 @ Rs.1690/-. Their sales person (Mr.Karthik) said this will be installed within 48hrs. But still I am yet to receive the installation. I have called many persons from Saturday (12th Nov) onwards[protected] / [protected] / [protected] / [protected]) for which they replied that they will come back, but nothing has happened. It is their duty to call me and confirm the time to install, but I was making followup with many persons for the past two days. I have postponed other important works and waited the whole day on 12th & 13th Nov for their service engineer. I was fedup with their service even getting the connection (beginning itself). Hence I requested them to repay the amount Rs.1690/- by sending an email to '[protected]@d2h.com' on 14th Nov'11. But there is no reply at all. Please help me to get the refund.
