i hav booked my order on 17th sep,today is 26 oct,abhi tak mera order mare ko recive nahi hua hai.Jab bhi call karo to HOME SHOP 18 CCE yahi bolte hai ki apke order ek ya do din main pahunch jayege.Yaar agar nahi order karne hai to plzzz mera money back kijeye.

THIS IS MY SAME PROBLEM WITH VIDEOCON X LENT HOME THEATER. THIS COMPNAY IS NOT GOOD SERVICE PROVIDER. THEY ARE ONLY SALE OF PRODUCT BUT SERVICE OR CUSTOMER SATISFY IS NOT IMPORTENT FOR COMPANY.
SO I SUGGEST TO YOU SALE YOUR PRODUCT . & PURCHASE ANOTHER COMPANYS PRODUCT.

I also faced the same problem. I asked the Videocon Service center in Goa. But they told, this model is obsulate, remote is no where available.. I suggest every one pls don't buy videocon product. B'cos they are not maintaining spares for 5 years.
