I have tried many times to down load the wecome tunes as well as ring tones but some how your customer services are nit able to guide me in a proper manner.

So I would like you to wave off my all extra charges for welcome tunes and ring tones.

    Faulty product supplied:
    The washing machine is breaking down frequently and does not have any reliability as either the wash motor or the dryer motor stops functioning. even after replacements the machine is not working and since the same is under warranty the replacements are bieing done. But what happens after the warranty period is over???
    my letters to VIDEOCON on the subject are enclosed herewith.

    Dear VIDEOCON,

    I was fortunate enough to get a call from your Hyderabad Office in connection with my complaint. But besides that I do not see any attempt on the part of VIDEOCON to make any efforts or amends to sort out the problem at my end.

    For your information, the subject washing machine has again broken down, as the dryer motor is out of action. It has been malfunctioning or I should say functioning at its own whims and fancies and my marital life is going to tatters over this blessed ever malfunctioning machine.

    I once again reiterate my claim that, if the washing machine has started asking for huge repairs / replacements (the two motors are the heart of the machine) in such a short span of time, how the same shall be functioning in the days to come, when the warranty period expires. Does VIDEOCON expect its customers to buy its products and keep shelling out money on such unwarranted repairs?

    I would like to point out that this is a very bitter experience for me. I had never thought that a reputed brand like VIDEOCON, which I had relied upon for two decades, is going to make me face such hardships.

    ONCE AGAIN - Can you please instruct the dealer NEXT, Noida, to
    a. replace the defective washing machine at the earliest, or
    b. else grant me a refund of the amount paid for it, so that I can be relieved of this inhuman torture which I am under going for well over six months now.

    Awaiting your positive response on the matter and not just LIP SYMPATHY from the faceless sympathiser from your end. Please do not force me to try out other avenues to get a just settlement of my just and legally valid claims.

    Dear VIDEOCON,

    I have been a customer of yours for the past two decades.

    I had purchased a semi automatic washing machine of yours (Model – Multie 6000 bearing Serial No.[protected] under the exchange scheme, from the NEXT RETAIL INDIA LTD. outlet at Sector – 18, Noida, U.P., vide invoice no. 2155 / bill no. 29101 dated 15.10.2008 for Rs.6780.00, with the impression that I am still making the right choice.

    But within a span of six months, the new machine started giving problems and the situation is getting beyond limits and has now become unbearable.

    Every now and then, the spin dry motor will stop functioning, the wash tub motor will stop working, and water will start flowing out automatically, calling for frequent replacements. The NEXT dealer upon contacting would take his time to get the complaint attended to and the service centre would again take their own time to attend to the complaint. All along I am the one who is at the receiving end for having reposed this strong faith in your brand.

    The current situation is again very hopeless as the spin dry lid top cover which was damaged by the authorised repairers, upon attending to a complaint, was finally taken back for replacement, almost a week back. But even after repeated follow-ups, nobody is turning up to replace the spin dry lid cover. The VIDEOCON washing machine is now lying useless and I am being forced to run from pillar to post.

    If the washing machine has started asking for huge repairs / replacements (the two motors are the heart of the machine) in such a short span of time, how the same shall be functioning in the days to come, when the warranty period expires. Does VIDEOCON expect its customers to buy its products and keep shelling out money on such unwarranted repairs?

    I do have model no.6000 (videocon) and believe in the last 2 years it gives me the following trouble constantly.

    1. The water in the machine gets logged and the outlet doesen't flush the water..
    ( very frequently)

    2. The lid hinges of the dryer is broken twice...

    3. The timer device I had replaced once.

    Still after fixing all these my machine is dud..the water is logged again and I am not able to flush it out!!!I live at Jogeshwari Mumbai..will any one attend my problem for one final time and get me out of the anxiety!!!I am a senior citizen and me now I am the house man of the members of three..Please call..[protected] S.O.S.

      I bought a Videocon refrigerator from a Girias outlet on August 16,2009.
      Six months after buying the refrigerator when it is still within the warranty period, it stopped working on March 8,2010.CalledVideocon customer service on March 9, 2010 and registered a complaint at 9.52am.
      Complaint number –BAN[protected]
      I was assured that a technician would be calling me and visiting within 24 hrs to repair the product.
      Till end of the day never received any call. On calling the helpline at 5pm, Mr. Aamir from their customer service said that he would call me back in 15 minutes. On not hearing from them again I had called at 7pm only to be told that it would take them 48 hrs. to respond. When I asked to be put across to a higher up, was transferred to Mr.Sumanth and Mr.Kumar(apparently a team leader!!) who gave me different versions of the customer service turn around time but no solution. He provided the following contact numbers of the outsourced service agency of videocon of which none are in working condition.

      On being told that none of the contact numbers provided by them are working, all they had to tell was that they do not have any other number to provide as per their records and that I have no choice but wait for call from the technician.Still waiting for a call!!
      It is very disgusting to be treated with scant respect. From a Company which projects itself as wanting to be a multinational. With this kind of pathetic customer service, forget being a multinational, theynever even reach the service levels of a local kirana store.
      The product is just six months old and well within the warranty period.

        Sir,

        I have registered number of times complaints with customer care of videocon for servicing of my TV and Remote is not proper working. After doing all efforts, there is no result. Now customer care of videcon is not registering our complaints. Please help me.

        Television — Service Centre, Jalandhar not providing services

        My TV is not proper working. Remote's Chip is not working. After repeating number of reminder , Service centre jalandhar had said that they cannot provide serivce becuase your TV is old more than five years and parts are not available . Please help me.

          Sir, I buy Videocon Microwave oven from Radhika Sales Corporation, Pimpri, on Dt. 11/10/2004. During that period there is a scheme of the company that on purchase amount videocon will give a bond for which after the maturity of it we can get cash back or discount the amount on purchase of next videocon product. So i buy Videocon Microwave oven of Rs. 8030/- from above shop. But till the shop owner or Videocon company does not gave me the bond. I went to Radhika Sales Corporation, Pimpri Shop so many times. First he told me that the bond will be given to you as we get it. But now they refuses me & said that now you complain it at Videocon office.I cant understand what to do either go to consumer court or any where. So do the needful so that I can get the bond.             I had purchased a LCD TV of Videocon from their dealer at a cost of Rs.32,000.00. After about 2years of service the TV started giving trouble. On starting for a few minutes the picture is blurred & black -white. After about 15 minutes it becomes normal. A complaint was lodged with Videocon Customer Care & after follow up over telephone a Service mechanic was deputed to my residence. Even without opening the set & merely by viewing the TV the Service mechanic commented that the Main PCB has gone wrong & approx Rs.6000.00 will be the cost of repair.I was not convinced as without testing the parts how anyone can make such comment,unless it is a regular feature with Videocon LCD T.V. Again in the month of Dec2009 a complaint was lodged with Videocon & after more than a month & after several telephone calls a person was deputed to my residence. He opened the set & tested the parts & again concluded that the Main PCB needs to be changed at a cost of Rs.6000.00 Durint this period of last 8 months the Price of the new TV has come down to about 25-26,000.00 but the cost of repairs is the same as per Videocon.
            Moreover,it is implied & expected that such a high value T.V is expected to give a basic minimum life of 10-12 years which is quite normal for a TV. Still feeling cheated & fleeced I agreed to pay for the repairs but since than again a month has passed but no action has been taken. Merely assurances are given over E-mail in response to my mails.Lastly the matter was reported to the Chairman Mr.V.N.Dhoot 3days back but there is not even a acknowledgement of the receipt of my complaint from his office.
            Feeling harassed & cheated I intend to seek legal recourse,with the Consumer's Forum etc kindly guide as well as take up the matter with the Company.

              Hi,

              I have purchased a videocon refrigerator on (Model No- VCP274IBH) on 17-Oct-2010. It is not at all functioning now. Its been very disappointing experience with the usage of this refrigerator ever since i bought it. Have registered complaints for no cooling and got it fixed around 5-6 times till date.But still the problem occurs again and again. Really not happy with the after sale services provided. Every time the sales person gets the fridge serviced, Within a matter of just a week the Fridge stops cooling, Result of this is spoilage of all the food stuffs inside the fridge, This is really a bad experience & want the Fridge to be replaced or refunded. i wont appreciate false promises by your service representatives.

              The Refrigerator is in its warranty period(Purchase Date :[protected].Request you to get me a permanent solution by replacing this refrigerator with a new one.

                I purchased VideoconTV from Aundh DASS .8 o'clock is delivery time is given by them. till 10 o'clock tv is not reached my home. i called mananger after that they sent TV. they sent tv but not proper packing in hand brought.for this reason is told octroi.

                within 3 month that tv has some fault.for this i called more than 5 times to Dass. then they sent service engineer.he replaced card 3 times. it takes time of 12 days.

                  on oct 2009 i have purched a videocon lcd 32 inch. from TMC HYDERABAD but from nov 2009 only i am facing a problem of sound speaker sound is breaking when go to know the problem continously i am complaning to TOLL FREE an as well to touch home express also an 4 to 5 times the tecnichian also has visit at us but from them also there is not responce.so plz do the need ful and solve my problem ASAP.ILL will be very thank full to .

                      I own a washing m/c of the Videocon Kelvinator Company , and got an AMC on that more than a year back. When I had problems in the working of the washing machine I raised complaint, which brought no response. After long follow ups and several phone calls later , an engineer came and said that they would put a new PCB in the machine. After several days, he brought a PCB in really bad state and put that which short circuited as soon as he switched on the supply. He brought another which did not work, and then we left the matter there, as he said he would procure a better one. A few months later when I had some lean time to make daily follow ups, I called again and the previous procedure started again. Then they fitted my machine with another old repaired PCB and closed all teh previous complaints. After a few days, it started malfunctioning and I complained again and told the customer care people about my long struggle, they as usual assured me and sent another engineer who said that he would report back and then went back and closed teh complaint. Then the service center people called up to confirm whether my machine was okay and I told them that it was NOT, so they asked to file another complaint. I am baffled what should I do? Please help

                        I purchased the videocon colour tv in 2007.i made a complaint(complaint no:AGR[protected]) to videocon customer care for screen shot probelm in the tv on 09.01.2010.Once someone came from service centre to resolve the problem but still there is same problem.I had giving daily reminder to videocon cutomercare since 10.11.2010.but there is no response from their side.

                        Videocon Television — No Issue

                        We don't have complaint we just say thanks to videocon ,
                        Beacuse within 48 hrs my called is resolved such a great response from videovon

                        Videocon — Bad customer care service

                        Dear Sir,
                        Now it's time to say that videocon TV division has the worst customer care service. I purchased a flat TV Model no. CTV SS20-1200, Set serial no.[protected] on 25.04.08 from Danapur, Patna. In Aug.2008 our TV broke down which was intimated to the customer care service at Boring road, Patna. The customer care service sent a reprentative on 23rd Aug. who after evaluation told us that the EC of the TV has given way & required to be replaced. With a promise to come prepared for the repair the next day the man never returned & even refused to give his contact no when asked for. Now its 1st Oct 2008, more than a month has passed with at least 9- reminders the customer care division has been totally insensitive to the request. The only reply we get is that somebody will visit our place by evening than the next day & this series continues. Now I'm fedup & planning to take the matter to the consumer forum. I will wait for a response from the company for another 24 hrs & if the problem is not sorted out take legal cource thereafter. My complain no 6D[protected] in Aug. & 6D[protected] in Sept 2008.
                        I m also facing the problem regarding my LCD sice last 3 months

                        Television — TV is not working

                        We have compalaint to M/s Sangam Electronics Six Road Budaun(U.P) who is yours authorised dealer on 7/09/2009 showing him reason that The Said TV stopped suddenly performing. But by the time now we have got no response from thier side to repair the said Item.

                        colour television — regarding after sales service

                        Dear ,sir/ madam

                        since last 12 yeras i am using samsung product, including televison,washing machine,music system etc. i was having problem with my tv ,for that i lodge a complaint personaly at your HALDWANI,NAINITAL(UTTRAKHAND) centre on dated 01.09.2009 with complaint numberN9I0122,but service engineer turn up after 15 days of cmplaint and he check tv and inform me that IC is not working. since then number of times i call them but there response and service is very poor . stilll after 27 days of my complaint my tv is not working.
                        although samsung is renowned for its service but for me it is sorry to say you that i am not gttting that service. i am also planning to buy a new tv but due to this service i have to rethink my decision for samsung.

                        Videocon Colour Television — After sales service TV not working

                        I have registered a complaint in videocon customer care on 18 feb 2010 with complaint no. GUR[protected]. Inspite of repeated complaints and regressive followup to repair the TV videocon is not responding. At last one of my friends suggested me to lodge a complaint at consumercomplaints.in. I believe this may push videocon to repair/replace my TV and i should not be punished for becoming a vediocon customer.
                        For the last 20 days inspite of my busy schedule i need to make repeatative calls to videocon customer care to get the updates on my lodged complaints. this is only like a punishment to me. Have i done something wrong by showing my faith in videocon products? Videocon need to respond immediately.

                        I had bought Kenstar water purifier. It was working fine till the time, i got paid service from authorized service center by Videocon (Kenstar). The person they sent for the service was not trained and therefore some part of the water purifier got problem while servicing. I had to pay the amount for the part. Thereafter every now and then, water purifier is having issues, some of the times, it stops water flow, some time there is problem with lights ... and so on. Each time you call guy from service center, they ask you 150 Rs service charges on every visit. The only option I am left with is to throw the water purifier in junkyard as I see that these issues are not going to end. I don’t see any sense in making the payment to service center, when they are not equipped with better staff. DONT buy a by Videocon /Kenstar) product if you are looking for after sales service. The service are pathetic, the staff doesn’t have manners to speak with customer, they would even go to extend o[censored]sing abusive language.

                        Despite of my reminders to customer care, nothing is happening. Customer care doesn’t have time to see the problems faced by their customers.

                          As a follow up on non-working of the above refrigerator, Global Services, Bangalore, sent a technician to inspect the fridge and was charged Rs.230/- Receipt Job.No.BAN[protected] of 03/12/09 refers.

                          A person (non Kannadiga, speaks broken English, but conversable Hindi, Aged 25-30 years, tall and fair complexion) called the residence on[protected] claiming to be a technician from Videocon and collected Rs.5K (from my mother aged 80 years) in the guise of having repaired / replaced parts and left the premises within 20 minutes. Assuring the refrigerator would work within 1 hour. As of date[protected] the refrigerator is not in a working condition.

                          On 22-01-10, we contacted Global Services (Mr.Anil [protected]) and were advised that they did not send any technician from their company and that they do not have a technician fitting the above description. . My query is how come the dubious technician called at the residence when the contact for malfunctioning of the refrigerator was made only to Global Services, Bangalore.

                          If this refrigerator is not put in working order immediately, I will have not alternative but to lodge a police complain against Global Services, Bangalore, for cheating.

                          in warranty your company is giving very poor service in Gorakhpur they are doing fraud to costomer charging wrong in warranty my refregrator is not working properly from day first cooling problem is from beginning ..
                          I request you to either replace the product with a functioning new product or refund my money within one week.

                            I bought a videocon/mobile phone v1502 from planet M outlet in Ramanathapuram(dist)/TamilNadu on 6/12/09.First day the charger failed and the phone heats up very quickly so that I cant keep my call for more than 1 minutes.when i went to the outlet they told me that its a feature of the phone really i was shocked by their replay.They took it for a service and replacement of charger .I visited the outlet more than 5 times to get the stuff back but there was no replay.The funniest thing is that the outlet/mobile phone ,both belongs to videocon .Don't do this to anyone else

                            Videocon mobile is the worst mobile I ever had. The mobile can be used as electric press. It gets hot only after use of 4-5 min. Even Mr. Arun Kanchan service manager from Videocon Rohtak, aggreed that mobile is deffective but he said to me in very rude manner that I cannot provide any service. He also said to complain wherever a customer wants. Funniest thing which Mr Arun said to me when i asked him to provide official mail ID that I cannot provide my official email ID as the company doesnt provide. I request every body not to go for Videocon, and also to communicate it to others so that they cannot face any problem which weare facing.

                            I have purchased one Videocon Mobile QWERTY key pad type model 1675 in the month of June 2010. It is worse and wastage of money. When I tried charging first time i got Bad Connector msg and since then it is there. Charging capacity is very poor. Battery is very poor, ... get discharges very quickly. It take more than 6 hrs for full charge. Ear phone given with handset got out of order ( wire broken) second day when I tried to use it.

                            user interface is very poor. I do not recommond anyone to buy any Videocon phone, better to buy some other make.

                            I have been using Nika Samsung Sony sets, they are far better and worth to invest in handset but dont go for Videocon ever never.

                            Are Videocon guys reading this and will take care of costmer worry or will be busy in making money . Let customer - die!!!

                            There are many manufacturing defects in most of the videocon models.

                            Attitude of customer service is very lethurgic.

                            Such things are not expected from a brand like Videocon and if they want to remain in the market they will have to do quality checks

                            With due respect and humbleness, i would like to bring this matter to your light that my cellular phone service provider, Videocon has been subtracting undue bills from my prepaid account and has slowly become more often and I presume that it will soon become a routine.                             I purchased a Videocon mobile handset (V-1306) in the month of December, 2010. The battery of the set was discharging fast when two SIMs were operating. The set was given on two occasions for repair but the problem remained same even after change of set. On third occasion, the set was again claimed to have been repaired but while I went for collection, I found the set to be in shabby condition with scratched screen.                             Videocon Mobile Ducati — defective piece

                            I had purchased Videocon Ducati on 2/01/2011 from Planet M, Thane. It had several problems like…the battery was draining very fast, FM was not working, piece was getting heated. As my ears started aching, on 8/03/2011 I handed over the piece to your authorized service centre at Thane ( Ccom telecommunications Pvt Ltd, Thane ), (DC No. CS4-DC-0002157, Call No. CS4 –VG[protected]DW ). On 29/04/2011 i.e after almost 50 days I received a call saying that company has sent a new piece and that I can collect it.
                            When I went to collect it I noticed that the piece was old and used one as it had scratches on its screen and the paint on the button had scraped off. On bringing this to the notice of centre in charge he said “ this is what we have received from the company … if you want we can replace it the body with your old mobile”. When I refused to take the used piece he replaced the body with my original mobile and gave it to me. On checking the piece I saw that GPS system was not working. As I showed it to the centre in charge he took back the piece and called me later as the software was not loaded.
                            Now, I want to know whether the service centre is playing some mischief, which I seriously suspect, or Videocon takes its customers for granted. Please call back or else I’ll have to post my grievance on some other forum.

I took the handset back to the dealer and got it replaced. After a month all of a sudden the handset got dead. I took it to the service centre where I was told that the motherboard needs to be replaced and it took two weeks for the replacement. It worked good for about two months after which the handset was not able to catch the network..( I tried with two three different sim cards but no use). I took it again to the service centre where I was told that the mobile software got corrupted, so they updated the software and the handset was working fine again for 2 more months and now again I encountered the same problem and the service centre guy told me that the motherboard needs another replacement which means I will have to wait for another week or two for it to get repaired.
                            Now a days I always carry another another handset as a backup with me.
                            Its really frustrating that I have to get it serviced every two-three months. I am not at all happy with videocon Mobiles and would never recommend any one to buy it. Sorry to say but Videocon mobiles are the worst mobile phones I have ever seen..

                            I purchased one videocon mobile in jan 13. From the day 1 the problem was there. The support team takes long time toi solve the issue. The backup problem in A30 was hurrible. Company changed a set with A52. But the problem still continued. It is having good back up. But No 3g is coming. It works with reliance and airtel 3g but no bsnl 3g.
                            Company is not able to solve the issue till date.
                            horrific. its just not about videocon. indian brands are truly unproffessional and way below standards.people pay their hard earned money to get these gadgets and its thier duty to support them atleast an year as gratitude and responsibilty.these desi brands know that they can get away by doing such things.in my opinion these below standards companies should be black listed and let people know of their true colours

                              My refrigerator had stopped working. The technician said that there was problem with the thermostat. He changed the same. After he went, the refrigerator is still not working properly and now the regulator is not responding. I have beem charged Rs 550/-. I have been requesting the technicians to come down but they say that they do not have time. Saturdays are holidays too for them....!!!

                                I have purchased one Air conditioner of Videcon company on 9.4.2009 from SNEHANJALI, ELECTRONICS & APPLIANCES PVT. LTD. Bill no. 930151 at Tania Plaza, Station Road, Opp. East West Fly Over, Nalasopara (W), Dist.: Thane-401203.

                                Videocon — ac not working properly

                                I buyed a videocon ac from next retail outlet 9 months before and from the beginening itself it was not cooling properly i complained it to there service center in bombay the send the service person and the ac got repaired. After one week the ac stopped cooling and i again complained and got my ac repaired like this i got my ac repaired 7 times in 9 months and now the water started leeking from my ac my warrenty is going to expire and i am very worried what to do please assist me as i think the ac is defected.

                                I purchased Videocon Split AC 1.5Tonnes 2 years ago from NEXT Showroom in Begumpet in Hyderabad. The unit doesn't startup even though there is red light shown on the output of the Stabilizer. I called up the Customer Care and the representative came over and cleaned the filters. It started working fine for one week and again, the problem recurred. Remote too doesn't work inspite of changing the batteries. Now, NEXT showroom is no more existing in Begumpet and model # VSR5233 doesn't exist in Videocon's website listed products. Absolutely Ridiculous!

                                    With Due respect I want to say that I have purchased a Microwave Oven (WN-EKL-6.2KG-EWT-6220CGO-SA-GREY S/NO[protected] from the NEXT RETAIL SHOP, Hazratganj , Lko. dated 30.12.08. But it was not working properly from July 2009. I have given oven many times to service center but still the problem is same they do not able to correct the problem. But after many times of servicing problem is the same.
                                    When I put the question what’s the problem with this they told that the problem is in the door & door is not available & they returned my oven after 1.5 months but problem is still there. Now I want to exchange my oven with the new one. So do the needful in this issue, and reply me as soon as possible.

                                    I had purchased Video con Microwave oven M/N (VB20GSSJ, Grill Model) from Sai Nath Electronics, Retail Shop Baddi (Himanchal) few month ago and from last one month I m facing in its unbearable problem i.e. its bulb not working and its having under warranty period now.                                       TV Not Working and Unrepairable

                                      Dear Sirs,

                                      We had purchased a Videocom Plasma 42" Integra on 14th May, 2008, from Kohinoor Electronics, in New Link Rd., Andheri - West, Mumbai - 53.
