I bought a Videocon refrigerator from a Girias outlet on August 16,2009.
Six months after buying the refrigerator when it is still within the warranty period, it stopped working on March 8,2010.CalledVideocon customer service on March 9, 2010 and registered a complaint at 9.52am.

I bought a videocon/mobile phone v1502 from planet M outlet in Ramanathapuram(dist)/TamilNadu on 6/12/09.First day the charger failed and the phone heats up very quickly so that I cant keep my call for more than 1 minutes.when i went to the outlet they told me that its a feature of the phone really i was shocked by their replay.They took it for a service and replacement of charger .I visited the outlet more than 5 times to get the stuff back...
