[Resolved] Videocon Industries Ltd. — washing machine not working | |
Dear Sir /Madam We had given the compalint on 29th of March 2008 as our washing machine was not working the model number is 08C29047 the complaint was attended and they inform they have to change some switch but till now no one has turned back to replace the same. When called up call center they say that they dont have stock the machine is the latest model if this the case i do not recommend to my friends & relatives to go in for videocon product . My videocon sensi logic fully automatic washing machine isnt working properly from day one. On registering the complaint the circuit was found to be faulty but the engg refused to replace it under warranty. The engg also refuses to give me a copy of the call report saying that he can hand over the same only if i pay for the part. So I dont have the call reports for both the visits. I am badly shaken by their attitude and strongly recommend one and all to stay away from Videocon. I am switching to better and more reputable brands like LG or Samsung whose after sales service is found satisfactory . I have vowed never to look at any videocon appliance as long as i live.

i purchased videocon washing machine model no7800 sr no 1207m780152.
one of my friend adviced me for videocon machine. myself was using L G washing. from date of purchasing i complain about machine. 1st washing lid was not proper. your dealer choksi sales & marketing surat told us it will be reparied will not be changed. but this piece is total defective. within every 15 day water gets blocked.thrads of cloth also get blocked & than machine does not works. there are every time new problems.we are fedup of this machine.so just pl. repalce this machine. wiihin a year we had made a 20-30 complain so pl look after above matter. i advice to company also not to make such model with which customer get irrieate

I made a complaint With complaint no.vij [protected] dt 19/11/2010 to online sevice centre .The technician came and tested the washing machine and he told that the electroni board was damaged due to short sercute and it should be replaced. he said that he would return with in one week with that spare part.But there is no responce till to day. I contacted them again and they told that the spare part was not yet purchased.please help me in this regard.

NAV200T Washing machine 15years old BODY REPLACEMENT asked on 08.07.2011 vide compaint No: BAN[protected], BAN[protected], BAN[protected] & BAN[protected] booked at 27X7 Vedeocone Customer Complaint has not been RESOLVED till date and not even boughter to visit to Customer Complaint even though the part for replacement is available at the M/s Venkateshwara Service Station for REPLACEMENT.
In view of the egony and pain undergoen by the consumer I was forced to buy NEW MACHINE and had lost faith and money to the tune of Rs5400 in bargain.
Kindly rectify the Complaint at the earliest or I will be forced to go to CONSUMER REDRESSEL at BANGALORE.
