we five persons (poice member) were booked Vediocon Fully automatic washing machine model digimarine 5 nos in advance of RS 5000/- through Bharat Electronics Tourist Complex, opposite Ranchi Club Main Road, ranchi-01 (Jharkhand) vide Bill No. 1584 on 12/2/11 subject to home delivery within one week. After two weeks from 12/2/11 Bharat Electronics unable to delivery and given a mobile NO[protected] of Mr. Ranveer Area marketing Manager Ranchi for asking of delevery status. On contact Mr. Ranveer also given surity to deliverred the Products on or before 15/03/11. After expiry of target date we try to contact Mr Ranveer through phone but not resoponding any fruitful reply. Though we are waiting for morethan one month so, we demanding that product at any cost. Hence Mr. Ranveer and Bharat Electronics ranchi may please be directed to deliverred the above product to us immediately. We too have FA 61fully automatic machine which is out of order every 6 months. God knows why. Perhaps the Quality Control division in Videocon is not working properly. Also the cost of spares is very high. Is it reasonable to charge Rs.250 per each visit of technician? and that too they respond only after a week or 10 days after we complain to the call centre. Why can't Videocon have a service centre in a metro like Hyderabad? Why don't they advertise tits number? It is absolutely silly to have centralised call centre at Bangalore.

i had sent my washing machine in service centre on 1st april, on 6th april that service centre has been closed by the co. now its 18th & inspite of more than 50 telephonic conversations my washing machine has neither been recieved by me nor even it has been transferred to new sevice centre . at the toll free complain no.s they always ask to keep line on hold so that they can look in to the matter but they dont return till the call gets disconnected , i think for such a big co. it is very shameful to not provide a good service. i think i will never buy videocon products ever in my life againVideocon Washing Machine — no response on complaint

Videocon — about quality of circuit
the controling circuit of my videocon window a;c ionezer model again and again get malfunction. though it is out of guarantee period, i am complaining , i bought 2 pcs and there is same problem in both. there is technical fault in there circuit thats why it again and again gets fault,Videocon Industries Ltd. — COMPLAIN NOT RESPONDED

i alok shukla have purchase a washing machine Model No. SA 64 M with a encashment offer vide cash No 2506 fromBig bazzar (Taori TV & Radios ) at Yashwant Stadium, Nagpur on 10 Nov 2004. My validity of offer has completed 10 May 2011. I have send a letter along with all original copy of paper which are required by your office at General Manager Video con International ltd, 14 Km Stone Paithan Road, Village-Chitegaon Dist Aurangabad Pin- 431105 on 18 Feb 2011 but your office has not receipt the registry then i try to fax it at the no -02431/251551 and ring up on land line no[protected] at many time but they have not given a good respons. Again i take the no fron just dial at mumbai head office but they have not given a good responce they advise me to talk to mrs pawan kalra i rigwup at [protected] but no one pick up the phone .
for the above facts i request you please do the need full as earily as possible

I am a very upset customer of Videocon and its services.Gist of my complaint: I have a Videocon Fully Automatic Washing Machine. For the past 20 days it is not working. I have made numerous calls to your call centre, your showroom and n number of people to complaint regarding changing of some P B C which is required, but to no avail.

Not even a year has passed and it has already stopped working after an incident of fumes coming out of it. I am a resident of Ranchi, Jharkhand. The customer care here doesnt really respond because of which I had to resort to writing a complaint. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful

Pune videocon person come to repair .charged me rs150 not been able to repair which an electrician could easily do it for rs100. This authorised person phone no [protected] told me further expense of rs1500 for winding motor. when electrician had to only attach a wire. big cheats will never consider videocon unless company refunds my money which the repair man had agreed to pay back if the electrician could repair. videocon person had not even checked the upper panel, where the wire had to be fixed. now my dryer works fine. wonder why videocon appoints such agents and spoil their name. otherwisse the machine is fine.Anuja shah.
