in DEC-08-2002 from JAGDAMBA Electronic 1/4640-A, RAM NAGAR MANDOLI ROAD SHAHADRA DELHI-32, LAST ONE WEAK, THERE IS SOME PROBLEMS IN CHANNEL CHANGING SO WE ARE FACING PROBLEMS IN TV

Videocon — complain about T.V.

Dear sir,

I purchase a Vediocon T.V Model No.VAF 29 SDJ, on 28th Oct 2009 from Neelkanth Electronics -Varanasi.

from the date of purchase the T.V. is not working Properly ( Picture & sound Problem ). at the time of installation of the T.V. it was not O.K. I Complain to the person who was installing that T.V.and i also mentioned on the JOB Sheet that kindly exchange the T.V. But they have not done anything. Now they asking us to change the CRT of that T.V. But i am Not agree because when i have not received the T.V. in O.K. condition, then Why i go for service center.
kindly suggest what to do.

videocon t.v — no entertainment

I hav a videocon t.v 29" semi flat having model no 7575qs.
my picture tube is not working.
I contacted ur authorized dealer in gaya.they told they will inform me whether its available or not.
its more than 6 months they didnt even bother to inform me once.
and last time when i called up they told its no more available.

Pls, solve my problem.Otherwise t.v will be nothing more a waste 4 me.

company given a grantee for there year but after the fault in my tv sound Problem . i have loge acopliant but company say that this set only one year gurantee. they have charging a rupees for replasing the part

respected sir,
we have a lcd television which we bought two years back. it costed us around 17000 that time. recently it wasnt working. we informed the customer care who did come to our help and gave us an estimate of rs.17120 + 772 as the toatal repair charges. they said that the panel of the tv is not working. my question to u is that how can a part of a tv cost us an amount equal to the value of a new television. we tried calling the senior officials here but they werent responsive enough.

videocon/tv — Demanding more money

I brought Videocon tv in next showroom,IDPL,Chintal.After i faced my tv problem i gave complaint in next show room they sent on service Engineer he came and changed one part and collected 2000 rs money that not problem not rectified i facing still problem again i gave complaint to videocon to 4 times they sent one person to long time and again they demanad money and their responce and talking is very too much.Please take necessary action on next show room and videocon.

LCD — warranty

I would like to tell you that i purchased video con Television in September 2011. But Three days before suddenly that TV caught fire don't know why how ever i escaped from room but my room and TV got burnt . Please look into the matter on urgent basis because at the same time three more TV were running in the same house.Nothing happens to them.

At the time of purchasing i was having some doubt in this TV i complained against the same but your service engineer checked the same and said everything is OK.

I purchased this television fro Maharashtra ( Ballharshah) But now my residential place is Muktsar (Punjab)

For your reference i am attaching some photographs of TV and TV box.

Send your representative to my home and tell me who is responsible for this loss.

I was want my TV Replese under one year warranty period

I must say biggest mistake of my life is to buy Videocon TV.
Videocon doesn't even care once you buy the product, pathetic service.

they deserve the ratings in negative.
