this is for your kind information i am not getting the proper response from your service centres as far as servicie is concerned.
I have purchased the videocon microwave oven(model no. ECR3321SS) from the electronic chain NEXT located at gokhle road, Thane (west) .

The oven performed well for first two months and started giving problems, such as inefficient in cooking food, get switched off etc. I have contacted the service centre (Ph No.[protected] and my compalint no. wasTHA[protected]. THEIR TECHNICIAN CAME AFTER ONE MONTH after my complaint date.He observed the oven and found that thermostst had been damaged and is to be replaced, and he gone telling that problem will be solved two days later after getting the product(thermostat).Days passed, i have contacted several times but in vain.
Our oven is kept ideal since last three months, and we lost faith in Videocon products and their service. Actually that if the first domestic product of your company in my home and hopefully last.
I am planning to move to Consumer Court if there no positive response from company within a week.
Please help me in this regard.
