Videocon/Refrigerator — FAULTY COMPRESSOR GIVEN ON A NEW FRIDGE

I Purchased a fridge from Sanosh electronics uppal cross roads but fridge is not working from day one and when their technician came after making 50 calls he said compressor is not working and to replace we need to pay 200 RS for service charges, mY complain is against Santosh Electronics Uppal x roads, MY bill details are Challan number is 9332 TIN NUMBER IS [protected] PURCHASE DATE 10 AUG09

Videocon/Refrigerator — REFERIGERATOR COMPRESSOR FAULTY REPETITIVELY

I PURCHASED VIDEOCON REFRIGERATOR MODEL VCL263 IH FROM M/s FAIR DEAL CORPORATION ,SHAHJAHANPUR([protected]) ON 7th JULY'2009.

THE COMPRESSOR GOT DEFECTIVE ON 10th NOV'2009 ( COM REF NO. LUC[protected]) WHICH WAS RECTIFIED AND PUT INTO SERVICE ON 18th NOV'2009 WITH DAILY FOLLOW-UP AND HARD PRESSED PURSUASION.

AGAIN ON 11th DEC'2009,THE RECTIFIED COMPRESSOR GOT DEFECTIVE.IT WAS INFORMED SERVICE CENTRE (REF LUC[protected]) .TILL TODAY NO ACTION HAS BEEN INITIATED FROM VIDEOCON SIDE. THE SHOP OWNER IS IGNORANT IN THIS REGARD.

IT IS INFORM YOU THAT WE ARE STAYING OUTSIDE THE CITY AND WITH MUCH BUSY SCHEDULE IN JOB. IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO MANAGE GROCERY ITEMS AND DAIRY PRODUCTS ON DAILY BASIS DUE TO DEFECTIVE REFRIGERATOR.

REFERIGERATOR MAY BE REPLACE WITH NEW ONE.

i purchased a fridge on 18/12/07 model s180. .with 13-14 month the compressor went off . lodge a complaint . they replaced it with a new one, now again cooling is not happening again i lodge a complaint . now they say that the gas of the fridge is blocked . wchich should be refilled, , that will cost me something around 1200 + the service charge ... should i agree on this or it will be covered under the compressor warranty, which is for 6 years ...

Hi,
I purchased a fridge 2 years back, it was working fine but last month it stopped working, called to customer service but they say that it will be replaced by a new one & will charge for a new compressor which is out of my budget, i can pay a nominal charge but the question is i was said that the compressor is in guarantee period.
Please provide me some satisfactory solution as soon as possible.

Purchased Videocon Refrigerator in 2012 ..it was ok for 2 years than it started giving problem for NON COOLING.Had to spend almost 8000 for repairs and i t worked for another year, again same issue.In 2016 again did some part changing and needed up paying 4000 /-.

Now in MAy 2017, once again the same cooling issue.The Customer Service is HORRIBLE, as well as the engineers are not upto mark.

I was told that the timer is faulty and need to replace, i kept on asking to check if only that is the issue as now spending more was not worthy but he was confident that thats the issue.In two days again it stopped!!NOw they say the COMPRESSOR is faulty n need to replace which will cost 6000/-.These people are crazy.

They are doing their Trial and Error with customers and engineers are just learning.

Please dont buy anything of VIDEOCON.
