[Resolved] Videocon Split A. C. Model No: Vas T182 — advance taken but replacement or refund | |||
Dated: 06/08/2010 I had a repair/replacement to be done for the remote controller for videocon split A.C. model no: VAS T182, vide complaint no:DEL [protected] dated 09/04/2010. Service was given to me by 'Shivam Services, 25,Dhramveer Market, Badarpur, New Delhi' forwared by videocon customer care. The concernered service center mentioned has not replaced/repaired the remote controller of refunded the cash advance till date, taking an advance amount of Rs 500/- on agreed amount for Rs1300/-.(bill no:1013). Repeated reminders to the service center and to the customer care have all gone unnoticed. (Complaint No:DEL [protected]) Moreover now there is no response from the mentioned service center. The A.C. is non fuctional without the remote, and I could not use it throughout the summer season. Please look into the matter as soon as possible. Thanking You Capt.
