I have a semi automatic Vidoecon washing machine. It has two problems:

1) It's timer is not working. it stopped working frequently.

2) Water lickages are there. Even while running on wash mode water is drained continuously.

These complaints are attended two times. After that Vieocon service people don't receive our phone. Even if they receive anyway they don't come to attend this complaint.

As M not able to use Videocon Internet services, also after mailing to nodal officer and applete officer, still not received any reply from their sides.

I had a repair/replacement to be done for the remote controller for videocon split A.C. model no: VAS T182, vide complaint no:DEL [protected] dated 09/04/2010.
Service was given to me by 'Shivam Services, 25,Dhramveer Market, Badarpur, New Delhi' forwared by videocon customer care.

The concernered service center mentioned has not replaced/repaired the remote controller of refunded...

12/04/2010 I bought this Videocon V1675 phone from PlanetM,Tollygunge Branch. Within 1.5 months the headphone of my phone stopped working. I took it to the authorised service centre ang they replaced it after 1 month. And now in my phone Alarm does not ring and on selecting the 'SIlent' option my phone goes to the "vibration' mode. The picture quality of th camera is poor to say the least. Never expected such a horrible product from videocon.

I was being attacked by the above stated company.....

Then i suddenly fell the pinch of attack and called them asking about the further money the have demanded on the above stated phone no.. The person concerned was Mr. ashis told me if i would not attend the interview then i will not get back the deposited security amount and for attending the interview i have to again pay Rs 21,770.00, while asking them to pay back my deposited money.

this was the whole process i went thorugh and i dont want that any other person should go through the process.

I had purchased Videocon LCD on 29/03/2009.After expiry of warranty it stopped working around May 2010.The co technician who visited my place says the picture tube is spoilt and has to be replaced for Rupees 18000.I had visited office at Mumbai and spoke to Mr Sayyed,Mr Sawant but they told me it would cost 12500.and not less .Please try to understand when I have purchased a LCD for 25000 which should be lasting for about 5 years,and then incur additional expense of 12500.In other words I could have got a bigger LCD for that money .I requested them for a option of returning back the set and replacing with a new one with some nominal charges,but they refused.
Normally a tv life is around five years but this co has cheated me by supplying defective pieces.

I have purchased a fridge of VIDEO CON model no VAE193 approx 1 month back. but from the date of installation some sort of water or moisture is forming on the top of the fridge just where the door is getting closed. I have complained several times at the service center and only twice they have send 2 person and they have absolutely did nothing but wasted my time. they came and saw the product and said that this is due to the weather nothing else. my very simple question to them was that if this is happening because of the weather then it should happen with all the fridge. then why the other brand fridges are not facing this problem. only videocon fridge is getting affected. Twice on their feedback sheet i have requested for replacement of my product but all when through the drain. I called their customer service in Kolkata they gave me two phone no and NO ONE is answering the call. If a company like video con is giving such type of customer support then whom should we relay upon. We the end user or the customers are the sufferer. we buy the product with a believe that a company like this will give good service. But in reality there is nothing call service render by the company. its very simple for them. The company should remember this that they are in the market because we buy their product. now if we stop buying their stupid product then they have to stop doing business. My request to the company is that please replace my product or refund me my hard earn money. i don't need this stupid product of yours.

i recently brought new videocon v1306 mobile..by using which i got lot problems..

basically the main thing i want 2 complaint about is the phone is not even having 15 min battery backup ..

even if the charging is for 5 hours..

so please please dont prefer videocon mobile ..

I purchased a mobile instrument for the use of my mother during March 2010. This was booked on-line & the supply came-in through a courier from New Delhi supplier. The instrument Model number is V1665 & its IMEI No.[protected].

On receipt of the new instrument, I found that the Electric Charger unit was not working.

Having checked with your help-line, I was informed to go to your service center for the exchange of this defective charger unit.

I wish to inform you that the nearest Service Center i.e. Accel Frontline Services Ltd. is at Tardeo Road, which is about 5 kms away from our residence. Besides, when we called the numbers mentioned in your Service Center Directory, we were unable to reach these numbers which went un-replied.

I therefore had to contact your other service center i.e. Taipan Electronic at Dadar West. This service center is about 12 kms away from my residence.

About 3 months back, I visited your service center at Dadar. There I was told that the charger unit for the related model number was not there in their stock. Besides, they insisted that since I am staying closer to the other service center at Tardeo, I should get in-touch with them for exchanging the defective new charger.

In the process, I wasted one working day & Rs.260/- for commuting to Dadar & back home from your service center !

Once again I tried the phone numbers of Accel Frontline, your other service center at Tardeo. Fortunately this time, I got connected. However, I was told that the required charger for the related instrument model is not available in their stock. I therefore requested them to note my phone number & name & call me back once they had the required electric charger in stock.

Besides, I also called on your help-line number & narrated the whole experience to them. One Senior Supervisor Mr.Gaurav spoke to me on your behalf who recorded my complaint & gave me complaint number MAN[protected]IB

Today, once again, after almost 5 months have passed after the purchase of this new instrument, when I have not received any response from either your side in response to my above cited complaint, nor received any response from your service center Accel Frontline at Tardeo, I called your help-line number to once again complain about this matter.

Today, initially, one Mr.Rajen attended to my call. He kept insisting that to move the matter ahead & as per the procedure of your company, I am required to go to the service center & deposit the defective electric charger unit with them there against issue of a Job Sheet Receipt. After this, I should call back your help-line number & mention the Job Sheet reference number in my complaint to yourselves. I tried explaining Mr.Rajen that I have already wasted my working day & Rs.260/- for conveyance to your Dadar West Service Center once. However, since he had no remedy to my problem, he put me on to your senior surpervisor Mr.Kamal Kishore who too tried to persuade me to go to the service center for submitting the defective charger.

However, I am adamant that I will not go to your service center one time to submit & another time again to pick-up the charger unit from your service center.

Mr.Kamal Kishore has provided me with Complaint Number RAJ[protected] today. Mr.Kamal has mentioned to me that he should be able to arrange for the required electric charger unit at Accel Frontline, Tardeo, in the next 7 days.

I am writing this message in detail to convey to you how much difficulty I have had to face due to no fault of mine. In fact, I have received a new but faulty important accessory from your side upon a new purchase. Due to this, I am not able to use the instrument as it is not practical to charge the mobile instrument every-time using the received USB cable. Already 5 out of 12 months of warranty have expired, during which I have not been able to utilize the products for the money spent & for the purpose of my mother who is a senior citizen. I have spent more than 90 minutes on phone so far trying to explain my situation & difficulty to your people on your help-line numbers. I have devoted so much time today in composing this matter to convey to you in a manner so that you can comprehend a customer's genuine difficulty in a situation such as that which I am facing now.

The story of Great Videocon Service center Begin on

On 10TH OCTMBER 2009 I had purchase Videocon PLASMA 32inch LCD from SANGEET TV CENTRE ulhasnagar Picture Quality every thing is perfect I am wondering why this Product is not a leader in market

On 10 TH MAY 2010 I SEE SOME WHITE SPOT ON MY VIDEOCON LCD SCREEN .SO I GIVE COMPLAINT ON 11ST MAY 2010 MY COMPLAIN NO. IS THA [protected].THEN ENGINEER WAS CAME AFTER 10 DAYS HE SEE THE TV & TOLD ME NEXT WEEK HE WOULD COME & CHANGE THE SCREEN .NEXT WEEK HE CAME & CHANGE THE SCREEN BUT I SAW THE SCREEN WAS DUPLICATE THAT’S WHY AFTER 2, 3 DAYS AGAIN I FACE SAME PROBLEM .i.e. white spot on my videocon plasma lcd screen.

On 21JUNE2010 I log a second complain my complain no. is THA [protected]. then also 10 days engineer came & change the screen second time that screen is orignal from company. But after few days same problem occord.

On 6 TH JULY 2010 I log third complain my complain no. is THA [protected] .then engineer would came after 10days & say he would take our videocon plasma to there service centre to check what was the main problem.so I send my plasma whit him.then 30th july 2010 engineer would send my plasma tv to my home but I see the screen was different so I call the service center incharg mr. chachad he said me that company would launch new screen . but I think that screen is duplicate.

So please slove my problem immediately . other wise I submit my complaint to conbsumer forum. Now I want to replace my videocon plasma lcd tv.

I registered complaint for repairing of Videocon TV at 23/07/2010 at 08:46 on videocon Tollfree number. At that time this person told me within 24 Hours your complaint will solved. But till now no action taken from service centre of videocon and when every day i calling to tollfree number this person tell now send urgent reminder for repairing. In last 10 days no action taken by service centre of videocon. Please do the needful.

I have a Videocon Mobile V1675 model. I had lost handsfree set given to this mobile. Iam tried to reach the Videocon Service center they made me come to the office for weekly once. I had visited 4times and wasted one month of time, service center expressed that they cannot arrange the handsfree set. Later I had called the call center of Videocon and directed me to Planet-M. I had spoken to Planet-M, Shop which is situated near Secunderabad Railway station, and it is more than two weeks Iam not in a position to get my handsfree.
