Dear Sir/Mam,
I called customer care on 20.02.11 at around 6:30 PM and booked the movie "Love Sex & Dhokha" to watch on 22.02.11. When I switched on the TV to watch this movie on 22.02.11 at 6:00 PM, I was unable to watch as the message " E16-4: SERVICE IS CURRENTLY SCRAMBLED". Immediately I called the customer care at around 6:50 PM and lodged the complain (Complain No[protected]. After lodging the complain, the customer care person told me that I would receive a call from Customer care tomorrow (22.02.11) by 11:00 AM and the problem would be resolved. But on 22.02.11 till 3:50 PM, I didn’t receive any call from customer care. Immediately (On 22.02.11 at around 3:50 PM), I called the customer care team to know the status. In reply, the customer care person told me that the issue had yet not been resolved, work in progress. Once the issue gets resolved, you will get a call from customer care team and they will inform you that when you can watch the movie.
On 23.02.11 also I didn’t get any call from the customer care, then I myself called the customer care to check the status. He again told me the same that the issue had yet not been resolved, work in progress. Once the issue gets resolved, you will get a call from customer care team and they will inform you that when you can watch the movie. After finding such poor response, I asked the customer care to lodge a complain (Complain No –[protected] regarding “Customer had booked the movie but unable to watch due to some technical problem, so recover the money in to my account.” He confirmed that by 25.02.11 at 2:00 PM the amount will be recovered in to my account.
To confirm whether the amount has been recovered in to my account or not, I called the customer care on 25.02.11, I was told that “as the Customer has already have watched the movie, the money could not be refunded”. I was very surprise to listen such a dramatically statement. I asked the customer care team to forward my call to the department who has given this remark. They refused to do so.
Note that – Since 21.02.11 to till 25.02.11, everday I found the same message on that channel screen that – " E16-4: SERVICE IS CURRENTLY SCRAMBLED"
With this I am not worried about my just 25 Rs, I am more worried about –
1. Should I book any movie hereafter, I THINK NO, NOT AT ALL
2. Should I recommend any of friends/Relatives or any other to go for Videocon D2H Connection, I THINK NO, NOT AT ALL.
