i am mr. g. vijay kumar from rajahmundry............... i facing viewsonic manitor system... the system display is vertical line.... warranty in three years.... i am perchage with in one year.... i will complaint one month... every day i will call to customer care but no body come to me or call to me... present i will call to customer care than cut the my call..... this is my manitor VA 1918wm serial no. As discussed with you ([protected])..we have not received any complain from you...given complain id IDRD[protected]which is logged agaisnt another S/No) is belongs to Delhi .however you are based in Hyderabad.
We have checked our records with your given S/No R180929E0456..we have found we have only received your complain in the Month of January and same was closed on 16th January 2010 via replacing the Panel.
If you are facing any issue again you are requested to log the complain first.
