Respected Sir,

I have registered a complain to Viewsonic, my compalint No. is INAFS[protected].
The engineer visited my place on the 21/09/09 said that the Power Supply Unit needs to be replaced said that he will get it done in 2 days time. After 2 days the engineer didnt turn up I called to check, was told that will be done in two days waited for few days, nothing happened when ever i call till today i get the the reply will do in two days.
Till today 07-11-09 people at the customer service just give me false commitments and nothing is being done about it I request you to please help us in this regard, so that my issue is solved as early as possible.

VIEWSONIC — NOT PROVIDING SERVICES

I am an engineerning student and i have purchased my P.C. on 3rd mar, 08 including the monitor of viewsonic.My monitor has been disabled from 21st july, 08 and i had registered my complaint on 22nd july, 08.they provided me a complaint no. (inafn[protected].Till now there is the same problem and not any satisfactory steps has been taken by the company.Iam unable to submit my assignments and projects as my P.C. is not workin. I am forced to complaint regarding all the problems, so please convey my complaint to the forum.

    Viewsonic - CRT Monitor — No Service for the last one year

    I have purchased this Viewsonic computer monitor from PCPS Chennai, After about 6 months after purchase I get a mesaage of OSD UNLOCK right in the middle of my monitor. This message keeps flashing on and off and is absolutely irritating. I have called the company (Viwsonic India)and complained over phone and through emails (9 Mails). Initially they responded but the problem was never rectified. Even mentioning that I might have to go to courts does not initiate any response now. I have no other option but head to the courts. May this be a warning to other customers. Pratap. Chennai

    my monitor is not working since last 1.5 months (It is under warranty) and i had lodged the complaint with viewsonic for the same below is the complaint number.

    their service is worst. now it is 22 days gone there is no response from their side.

    2) whenever i call customer care they are telling with in one week your problem will solve only days are going and mobile bills are raiseing
    3) when i call customer care on 20 10 2011 with in 9:00 to 9:15 they pick the call and i asked is that cusomer is fool to go for view sonic cusomer care executive aggried cusomer is fool to go for vive sonic

    I really feel bad the way customer care replay and dont know what to say
    The Monitor is replaced by lot of repeated call,
    it's not worth to call customer service
    it's better to call the distributor number that's in the box and explain the problem if you are not get response for more than one month
    actually i am a great fan of viewsonic, i like viewsonic moniter very well. But it's having a small line or scracth on the screen.The Distributor or seller is not giving any solution for it, but they give only the toll free number and i tried many times for it, but there is no reply. So, please give solution for it.

      have given a complaint about my lcd panel since 14th july and the person comes to have a look at it on the 20th of july. He damages the panel board by short circuiting it. After that i've been calling the help line number repeatedly and there is been no response from it. The lcd panel is not yet been replaced nor anything else is provided in the bargain. i had asked for a stand by monitor and its yet not been done. when the viewsonic ads say that it will be done in 2 working days time, why is it that its not been taken care of. I cannot do my business because of the monitor. Can someone professional please look into the matter. MY complaint number is ID/RM[protected]. This is the worst company to deal with as its the worst after sales service and i would never recommened any1 to go for a viewsonic products because of this

        Viewsonic has the worst customer service in my experience. At this very moment, as i write this complaint, i am looking into my monitor's display which has a terrible red hue. The problem started about three months ago and i had immediately contacted customer care and i was told that the problem would be recitified as soon as possible. A couple of days later, a service tehcnician came by and examined the monitor. He determined that some parts of the monitor were damaged and had to be replaced and made me sign a form for requisitioning parts to perform the repairs. He told me that he would come around once the parts arrived, which would be within the week. Two weeks passed and the repairs still hadn't been completed. I then called customer care again and the very same technician came by with replacements. After he made the replacements, the monitor's then mild pink hue got much worse and is now presently red. This being the second time i'm facing this very problem with Viewsonic's customer care, i decided not to let it go by and made fresh complaints and contaced the Hyderabad service office who then sent another technician who was very rude. I made a complaint against the technician and the hyderabad office itself. I was then promised by the head of the hyderabad office that the problem would be solved within the week, which was last month. I was asked to conact him personally and not the office and was assured that the problem would be taken care of. After two calls, he stopped answering his phone and the call center contniues to escalate the complaint up the infinite levels of escalation. I urge prospective customers to reconsider buying viewsonic monitors, as their guaratees of service are meaningless and in my experience, their monitors tend to wear out rather quickly.

          Poor response from VIEWSONIC side. Also wrote the below attached mail to the mention company. Received no response. Required your help in getting my issue of TFT resolved ASAP.


          Mail wrote to VIEWSONIC customer care:

          ESCLATION !!!

          This is regards RT CALL ID : IDRM[protected].

          The above mention call had been logged on 30th June 2009 and still waiting for the same to get resolved

          I am following up with your various customer care executive on daily basis but there is no progress from your side. “Part not available" is the only reply received from your side till date. The hight of irresponsibility was today when I called up your customer care no. Mr. Vineet replied stating that the part is been received & the same had been already send to RT Outsourcing (vendor) for getting the same replaced with the faulty once. Then I call RT outsourcing I got the reply that they have not received any part from View Sonic. Then i again called your customer care I received a different reply that “ The part is still not available”.

          Its very surprising that a company like View Sonic does not have a part of monitor in spare. Non availability of the part in spare is tolerable but getting the part is taking more than 10 - 12 working days is really more pathetic.

          Company like View Sonic marketing & selling there product world wide but does not keep the spare available due to which customer are suffering. Even for any small issue also the call remain pending for more than 10 to 15 days and even more. VERY VERY POOR AFTER SALE SERVICE.

          Awaiting for a reply ASAP & also to get my LCD monitor repaired or if part is still not available give me the replacement at the earliest.

          Also let me know to whom should we speak to get the same resolved ASAP.

            i had purchased a LCD monitor of the brand 'Viewsonic" 16 months before. There were some problems in the same product, which i had reported to the customer care centre on the 11th May, 2009. the complaint no. was inafw[protected]. the serial number of the product is qbn[protected], n the model number is vs10866. the product has been reportd to be defected within the given warranty period.Afer reporting them about the problem, a technician had come and tried to repair it, but as there was no improvement after it also, he told that he will be back soon after getting some part of the product which he will replace later. but till date, he has not turned up n there has been no response from their side.
            so please do the needfull as soon as possible...

            View sonic service is the worst, even i am facing the same problem, a technician had come 21-09-09 and tried to repair it, he told power supply unit to be replaced and he will be back soon and replace it. but till date[protected], he has not turned up. I will NEVER REPEAT THIS MISTAKE IN MY LIFE TIME BY PURCHASING ANY VIEW SONIC PRODUCT.

              screen of my LCD monitor flickers again n again as i can't do my practice of animation, as flickering of screen hurts the eye sight a lot, call viewsonic for their faulty product but no response to change my monitor. VIEWSONIC "BAD PRODUCT" NO 1 SHOULD TRUST IF COMPANY DOES NOT FULFILL THE WARRANTY THEY GIVE ON THEIR PRODUCT.

                I purchased 19" Viewsonic monitor model VA903B-2 (VS11305) in June 2007. But after 1 year and 5 months o[censored]se, many of the pixels became dead. I handed it over to Viewsonic authorized service centre at Manish Plaza, NIBM Road, Kondhawa, Pune. Viewsonic admitted that this issue is not covered in warranty even though the monitor is in warranty for another 1 year and 7 months.

                Absolutely useless products and customer care. DO NOT, repeat, DO NOT go for any of the Viewsonic products. Rather just go for some of the established brands like LG, Samsung or Sony. I feel Sony is the best one.

                i totally agree with the above person. The after sales service is the worst. Viewsonic is tarnishing its reputation by outsourcing its after sales service to non professionals

                  Upon purchasing a 16” ViewSonic LCD TV model N1630W online the unit arrived without a remote control. Thus began a round of back and forth e-mails with ViewSonic where I requested a replacement remote control, “even if I had to pay for it.” After providing the unit’s serial number I received a reply stating “Can't validate serial number. Please verify serial number” I then took a clear close-up photo of the serial number label on the back of the unit and e-mailed it in reply demonstrating the serial number I provided was correct. After that there was no further response from ViewSonic.

                  Based on this experience and user complaints I have since read online ViewSonic customer support is geared up to brush off customer’s problems rather than solve them.

                    i have given a monitor to repair to viewsonic under warranty period they told that you will get back in 3 days but now 3 months have crossed what can i do .such a poor service .

                    Acer was available for 14k due to its advanced features. after 7 months, it has suddenly became white screen while i was watching a dvd. This is where my hard struggle started to get the servicing.as per view sonic, I should get 3 year on site service. I tried to reach their call center tollfree no to register a complaint but it was only accessible from bsnl.finally I managed to register complaint tru their all india service partner rt technologies whos contact i could get after a lot of hunting on internet.after 2 days of complaint registration, with multiple std calls and emails I got the engineer who came and opened the lcd and confirmed that lcd panel and logic board are faulty . repair time would be 1 week due to unavailability of parts.i waited for 10 days, no one from view sonic service team at hyderabad(rt technologies) bothered to repair despite regular follow ups. finally, I gave up and decided to talk their bangalore regional rt technologies office. i found mobile no of a guy called pradip from view sonic service bangalore (rt tech). i called this guy and took an half an half time to xplain their horrible service levels over std call . howevr, pradip finally agreed to ensure resolution in a day.but no one actioned. again I called multiple times and got the engineer after 2 days who again confirmed that no parts to repait, it will take some time. again I kept calling thier reginal office but this time mr.pradip stopped responding to my calls.I called some 30 times and smsed to pradip for 3 days. finaly who responded routed me to one lady whos useless..again I was routed to one more lady who took 4 days time and finally responded with replacement monitor . I was given a faulty replacement monitor ( a big green dot on the mid of screen )after month . it was horrible experience and expensive to follow up with view sonic service team during the whole month.surprisingly, I failed to interact with single viewsonic direct employee even after a tremendous struggle.no one from rt technologies hyd, ble and call center gave me the escalation matrix of view sonic team india. there were 5 mails I sent to viewsonic service support team requesting escalation matrix. now last one month, i been trying to get the service kto rectify the complaint with my monitor, but no one from rt technologies responded. Im relentlessly trying to reach mr.gautam ghosh country head view sonic india . but failed so far..there are series of mails I sent to their support desk but till date no answer..looking for legal action as well..if anybody knew about view direct service top team, pls help me with contacts..im reachable at [protected]@yahoo.com - tech consultant

                    Have logged a request for service of my LCD monitor, one week had gone still no one has turned back. I call the customer care daily. The reply I get is, OUR SERVICE ENGIEER WILL COME TODAY. And for the last two days I am not getting connected to the toll free number. It says, the number I am trying is temporarily out of service. I got the monitor because of my friend's advice, but now I am feeling for what did. I have never come across such a irresponsible and worst service ever.

                    I Vishal Agarwal resident of 15/281 civil lines kanpur purchased Acer AL2216W LCD MONITOR 22 inches (S.No. - ETL[protected]C054270 ) on[protected] from WELL KNOWN COMPUTERS PVT LTD, 2nd floor, Somdutt Plaza, Naveen Market, Kanpur. When i bought this monitor along with other assembeled items to my house the monitor was not working properly.When i on the system monitor on/ off light start blinking and u cannot put on or off the button that time.Display come after a long time .I sent the monitor to the shop twice from where i have purchased the system and complaint about the monitor.They said to me to come in the evening we will see the monitor.
                    I went in the evening to take my monitor they told nothing and said the monitor will work now properly but they did'nt tell what was the problem.From that day the monitor was bought it has been sent to the shop at least thrice.
                    Again from four five days i am having the same problem display come after 10 to 15 minutes opening sound comes rest remain blank and if i attach the the monitor chord with the TV Tuner sound comes at once but display after 10 to15 minutes and sometimes it can take more time even and on/ off light start blinking.

                    Sir it is my request to you kindly do the needful or please change the monitor because i am having a lot of problem due to this.

                    complain no. INAAI[protected] dated 13.09.11

                    in continuing my mails regarding defect in screen, a call from your side by mr. prashant from ACCEL FRONTLINE SERVICES LTD, he called and tell your screen will be replace qith new one. i again asked whether it is new model or old one. he says it is new one. so said ok come & replace the screen with new model.

                    he alongwith other one person came at around 1.00 pm in the afternoon. at that time my wife & children were there at home. he quickly replace the screen make documents & run away.

                    when i came in the evening i contacted my engineer & found that the screen installed is very old. it is older than my replace screen.

                    the sr no. of my original creen was R[protected]
                    the sr. no. of replaced screen is R[protected]

                    from the above it is seen that the replaced machine is old to my original machine. this is cheating with me. how one can give old machine in replacement.
                    it is very serious fraud emerging from your side. you are making your client fool.

                    on the following reason now keep in mind i want full replacement of my screen with latest on. plus i want compensation of harassment caused to me & my family members because of this. the reason against you are as under.

                    1) we have launched original complain on 14.09.2011.
                    2) no reply from your side when we call reply part is not available.
                    3) i had made more than ten companin through my email address, continuously reminding you o[censored]n-attended complain.
                    4) the complain is about electronic part & that to without which i cant operate my computer has affected the life of other parts also.
                    5) on 25.11.11, after 2 month & 12 days, your man has replace my original screen which having sr.no. R[protected] with replace machine having sr. no.R[protected].
                    6) from the serial number it is clear that replace machine serial number is older than original machine which we were having.

                    so finally
                    1) i won't accept your replaced screen as this is cheating with me & fraud committed from your service department.
                    2) replace the screen with latest model.
                    3) give compensation for life of my computer which is badly affected due to non-operation of computer & mental harassment for not solving complain for 2 month & 12 days.

                    expecting quick action from your side.

                      I m a harassed viewsonic customer. I purchased my viewsonic monitor on 25th may 2007 with guarantee of around 1 or 2 years but in 5months the screen is having problem I have complained to viewsonic my complaint no idrm[protected] this was not actioned by the engineer sent by you as he told that the part is not available it will take 2 or 3 days . After repeated calls to your customer care and get the same answer that it will take some more time and they will give me a confirmation call but till date i have never received a single call.but on 24th october after so many complaints they gave me standby screen of 17"(va1703wb) they told me to use this for some time today its around two months and above and I'm still using the screen I have not got the replacement yet whenever I call I get the same answer the part i s not available it will take around more 3 to 4 days.I'm fed of complaining. One day I came across this site complaint.com this is the best platform for consumers to express their thoughts .

                      I need some action to be taken immediately because I want my original screen back . I have paid for an 19" screen and why should Use a 17" screen

                      my monitor sceen was oneside was yellow so i complaints to coustemercare they told to visit our website and they will give drive software and your pormble will solve
