Viewsonic has the worst customer service in my experience. At this very moment, as i write this complaint, i am looking into my monitor's display which has a terrible red hue. The problem started about three months ago and i had immediately contacted customer care and i was told that the problem would be recitified as soon as possible. A couple of days later, a service tehcnician came by and examined the monitor. He determined that some parts of the monitor were damaged and had to be replaced and made me sign a form for requisitioning parts to perform the repairs. He told me that he would come around once the parts arrived, which would be within the week. Two weeks passed and the repairs still hadn't been completed. I then called customer care again and the very same technician came by with replacements. After he made the replacements, the monitor's then mild pink hue got much worse and is now presently red. This being the second time i'm facing this very problem with Viewsonic's customer care, i decided not to let it go by and made fresh complaints and contaced the Hyderabad service office who then sent another technician who was very rude. I made a complaint against the technician and the hyderabad office itself. I was then promised by the head of the hyderabad office that the problem would be solved within the week, which was last month. I was asked to conact him personally and not the office and was assured that the problem would be taken care of. After two calls, he stopped answering his phone and the call center contniues to escalate the complaint up the infinite levels of escalation. I urge prospective customers to reconsider buying viewsonic monitors, as their guaratees of service are meaningless and in my experience, their monitors tend to wear out rather quickly.

VIEWSONIC — NOT PROVIDING SERVICES
I am an engineerning student and i have purchased my P.C. on 3rd mar, 08 including the monitor of viewsonic.My monitor has been disabled from 21st july, 08 and i had registered my complaint on 22nd july, 08.they provided me a complaint no. (inafn[protected].Till now there is the same problem and not any satisfactory steps has been taken by the company.Iam unable to submit my assignments and projects as my P.C. is not workin. I am forced to complaint regarding all the problems, so please convey my complaint to the forum.
