32 Gb ammo 2.0 pendrive, whenever I try to copy either anything feom the pendrive or to the pendrive it always gets malfunctioned. I already repaired it twice in Nehru place strontium service centre under warranty but recently i am facing the same issue again. Its warranty got over on 6 Dec 2023. I dont know what to do with the pendrive now.

        Dear sir/mam, i have bought this sd card on 15th oct'15. After one year, the card will not performed. Then i have raised a concern to your team. Then i got a replacement of new sd card from your service team on 23rd sep'16. The same issue was repeated now. Kindly help me to resolve the same.

          I have purchased 32gb Stronitium Memory Card from Amazon.com through online shopping on dated[protected] having warranty 5 years.It got out of order within 1.6 years, I have tried to call on different customer care nos. given on different websites but no one connected.

          Please, look into the matter & resolve it at the earliest.

            At present, I am unable to use it as the pendrive indicate Write Protection. I have tried to resolve the problem through net but was unable to do so. Kindly do the needful and guide me what to do.

              I have purchased a memory card on EBay and came to know that it will be delivered on or before 15/02/2016. Till the time i haven't received any information regarding the same. i had to attend a marriage ceremony and for the same i was in need of memory card.
              It was very bad experience in the first time purchasing only.

                I purchased Strontium 16GB MicroSD Memory Card (Class 10) from Amazon.in. My Order#[protected] dated 24 June 2015. Its is just a month passed and now this card is not being detected by my mobile phone. I have been using the card when all of a sudden the card has gone faulty. I believe this SD Card is in the warranty period ( it has 5 years warranty). Request Strontium to replace the card. Regards, Aijaz [protected]@gmail.com

                    Hi All, I Bought a 32GB Striontium Micro SDHC Card on the[protected] from planet M Store, within 2 weeks it got damaged i went to the store to complaint they made me speak to Sagar Abraham National Service Manager who informed me to visit the service center Lamington Rd. Grant Road East since they do not have one in our area Today I went to the service center which is more than 1 hr drive and they informed me nothing can be done. Kindly help me as this is not acceptable. I received an email from [protected]@strontium.biz after i purchased the product and registered online stating that Since there're 32GB Micro SD Card and certainly eligible life time warranty. Please send it to our nearest Service Centre for any replacement. For warranty checking we require proof of purchase (Receipt) together with the defective product.                                   I had purchased two 4GB memory cards from snapdeal. After 15 days o[censored]se both are not working. It was inserted into mobile phone. My all data had been lost. I visited service centre in sector-38, Chandigarh and they told me that it will not be replaced as it has been destroyed. I think snapdeal is purchasing defective products (second sale products) from the companies. This is the reason snapdeal is selling the products cheaper than other online sites.

                                  Please suggest me what to do now.
