I bought a VIP suitcase for Rs.7200 5 months back. When I was buying the suitcase, the shopkeeper emphasised that the suitcase was most suitable for air travel, was unbreakable and scratch proof. He insisted that I bought that suitcase as it would be most suitable for me. However, the suitcase has broken after just 1 air travel. I have a 5 year warranty for the suitcase. However, the shopkeeper refuses to own any responsibility for the damage and virtually told me to throw away the suitcase. Its outrageous that I have to throw away a suitcase bought for Rs.7200 after using it only once. I appeal to the consumer forum to please do something about this. Was this information helpful? |
