iam not getting any gprs settings .

iam no getting connected with customer care.
plz need settings.
iam using samsung sgh-250 mobile.it's imei number is [protected].
i want to connect internet to laptop through my mobile.
iam using windows 2007 O.S.
iam using samsung pc-studio 3.

plz help me.
