Virgin Mobile Flash Hsia Card — Misguide

Sir,

When I purchase a card of Virgin Mobil Flash HSIA Card Account No.[protected] a person of the Virgion Mobile Mr. Dilshad Parvez Ansari who is the Business Development Officer.

When he came to sell me a Virgin Mobil Card. He told me that after installation of card first month uses of your Virgin Mobil Card is unlimited uses bill is totally free. First fault of that Ansari is he filled a wrong status of me in caf. The person who came from Virgin Mobil Card installation on next day I see my information in caf is totally false. I tell company about this so many times but till date there is no response from there side. In between I received a mail from company that he want a Interim Payment Request from there side. Till date company not installed my Virgin Mobil Card.

Now. what can I do in this matter please suggest me. May I go for legal or what ?
