[Resolved] Virgin Mobile — not able to extend validity / Contact customer service

This is to inform As I am not able to contact customer service since 21/02/2011. Due to inconvenience I have lost my business. Please resolve the problem. As I am using your Virgin CDMA (Demo no. [protected]) service since last 3 years. And now my number goes in grace period and there are no distributor available in Mumbai or Thane to extend my validity,,
My Number ([protected]) is not working please help me how to extend validity to avail service ASAP.

I am very upset with Virgin mobile service Provider, As i am not able to extend the validity. i was trying to contact customer service which is not available since 21 Feb 2011........i am helpless, As i m not able to get incoming/outgoing call.
