Virgin Mobile Karnataka — Pathetic service

I am undergoing the highest possible embarssment for using the Virigin Mobile services. I am sorry about my harsh tone but I have to.

I bought a sim card on May 4 2010 and submitted my documents. I took four days to activate the service and get the FRC done. I had to do 4 rounds of 16 calls to the distributor to just get the services activated. And now, my outgoing calls barred for the reason that my documents have not reached the Virigin Mobile Office. What's really sorrowful is I am not even able to reach the customer care number "121". Is this the kind of a service these Mobile Service Providers give us. Virigin Mobile really sucks sucks!!


I want this to be immediately escalated. Connect with your managers or whoever the higher authority is.
There is zero escalatation response from the autority. Website is just hopeless

My Application is laying with the Dealer for four days. Neither the executive came to collect it nor the Dealer sent it to the head office. What’s wrong with Virgin Mobile? No sure if really interested in business?!!

Even the website is archaic. Better it be closed. No information about the correct phone numbers of Appellate Authority to escalate the issue.

I purchased a Virgin Mobile Sim Card for Rs. 50 bearing the Sim#: 899103413410052026211 on May 4th 2010, Tuesday. I also paid Rs.100 towards First Time recharge. I have been continuously observing the Sim Registration Failed ever since I purchased the sim card. I spoke to the dealer several times. Dealer emphasizes that there is a recharge problem at the Virgin Mobile Server end. He also said that the Virgin Mobile Sim is corrupted. I am just confused on the ongoing proceedings. I bought the Sim card based on you 20ps/min STD campaign. I am feeling really awful at the service being provided by the Dealer and Virigin Mobile.

Appreciate if you can provide me better service and activate my sim.

I have purchased a vFlash data card on 15th of July 2010
I have written ample number of times to Virgin customer care about my complain, but my request is not entertained.

My Reference No of complaint[protected] dated 27th July 2010.

During time of purchase I was promised a laptop bag as a gift, to be shipped within 7 days. It is already over 3 weeks but nothing has been done so far.

Someone Mr. Sunder from Virgin customer care always replies to my mail that within next 24 hrs I will get a call which never happens.

It is a pathetic service. I will never recommend virgin vFlash to anybody. Virgin customer care has no respect for the sentiments of there customers.

These were the persons who sold me the vFlash and were in contact with me. They all have been mistreating me.

Virgin Mobile — Pathetic Customer Service

I would like to say that I have had the most pathetic experience with your service today. My mobile number is [protected]. I asked a Customer Care Executive if I could recharge my account with Rs 31 in order to activate the night pack, and as per the information they gave, I did recharge my mobile phone twice with that amount. First time the amount got deducted from my card but the recharge was unsuccessful. And second time when the recharge was successful, instead of the the pack I received a balance of Rs 26.11 which I am not interested in. I want the pack to be activated and not the balance. So, when I called the Customer Care, Mr. Ronit Kumar answered my call and I would like to mention he was not at all co-operative and extremely rude. He kept blaming me that i recharged my number with Rs 30, whereas I have my bank statement the message from you stating the recharge is for Rs 31. Transaction id for the same is [protected]. I also asked him to transfer me to his supervisor to which he said that they are unavailable and when I requested a call back, he said that, it is not possible and I should call them if I want to talk to them. It is the first time in my experience with any service provider that I have experienced such a service and such a rude CCE. I am extremely unhappy with your service and all I want is that the night pack to be activated immediately. I don't have time to talk to your unprofessional CCEs or keep wasting my time over this with you guys. So kindly come up with a solution ASAP. if you cannot find a resolution to this within 36 hours, I request you to give me all details about your MNP facility so that I can leave this network and move to someone with better service and professional CCEs. And today I again called twice once in the afternoon and then in the night and both times the supervisors were too busy to talk. And nobody gave me any information regarding any resolution. During the last call which was the 5th call to the customer care center, the CCE tells me that I need to tell during recharging to do a "SPECIAL RECHARGE"(which by the way is not even an option while recharging online), then why on earth couldn't this information be given to be when I had called twice before recharging or once after the recharging failed? I haven't had this pathetic experience with any other service provider.

Virgin Mobile — Issuing wrong information regarding recharge

I have received message from virgin mobile. I am using virgin mobile. That message was information related to recharge offer. Offer is 27 talk time = Rs.27. I can do that offer. But i did not get that benafit. I get 1gb internet offer. What can i do?

I have unwillingly entered wrong PIN NO 3 times so my SIM is blocked. Please give my PUK CODE and PIN NO for Mobile No [protected].
