I submitted a complaint just a few minutes back. I forgot to mention my Card Number and such, I am repeating the complaint.
1. My Card No is [protected]. The card expired in Feb, 2009.
2. I have cleared all my dues. But I have not received any statement.
3. I have shifted my residence on 1st April, 2009.
4. I have telephonically informed of my change of address from 4, DDA staff Quarters Ber Sarai New Delhi 110016 to A-122, Plot No 11, AIMO CGHS, Sector 22, Dwarka New Delhi -110077. Also on my payments made to the bank.
5. Last payment was made at the Jhandewala branch and here again the change in address was intimated.
6. I mentioned my new address on the back of cheque while making payments after shifting the residence.
7. Todate I have not received any statement for my deposits for almost a year.
8. It is requested that my statement of accounts for the period from 1st January, 2008 till date be forwarded to me through my email id [protected]@ redifmail.com.
