self is in receipt of your bill dated 3rd august to day, in which self have found some dicrepancies .On date 30th july self had made a purchase for rs 9000 and immediately asked your customer care representative to transfer payment mode in six EMI.As per your representative it was told that first month installment will be rs 1807 and from the second month the same will be rs1605 + taxes but in the bill you have claimed the total amount e.i rs 9000.I am unable to pay the same .You are therefore requested to make the payment terms in six EMI and confirm per return to enable me to make the payment before due date of 23rd augustvisa card — Not getting Statements
I am not getting my monthly transaction statements for the last 6 months inspite of informing my change of address. Pl. help me out immdly. I shall give the card details by mail. Treat this as most urgent.S.Vasudevan

This is in reference with credit card No. [protected] as you may notice that I am credit card holder for the last 5 years. And till date there was no problem/pendency in my credit. Accordingly, I am issued 2 Insurance policies. Threw this card.
Meanwhile during some last transactions, there was some confusion regarding my policy payments/withdrawl through card, being reason my card is deactivated.
I request you to activate transactions of my card and let me know if there are any reasonable amt. due from my side.
Your early response in the regard in availed. I hope I am going to enjoy ICICI Banking
till my life.

widout my knwoldge u transfrd 3030rs to yahoo.india(banglore).n m wasnt aware of it.u cn c my status if i use i pay evry payment.so kindly proced my request to investigate d mater.visa card — Decline of payment
I have been declined payment for the first time. My Transaction ID No.[protected] dated 2011/10/18. I am unable understand the reason for declining my request. Pl. verify the reason and advise steps to be taken by me to rectify any error that has taken place. Thank you,Yours faithfully,

Dear Sir/Madam,My name is Dinesh Joshi my HSBC credit card no-[protected] i call so many time in our bank but no good response come. Bank executives say that i send you your bank statement in your email id but till date i not receive any statement. My payment is going over due date. this is not my faults this is your bank faults. also my credit card not except in e-reservation. i talk with bank executive but he take my email id and say that i sand the statement. but till date i not receive any statement in our email id. please not my email [protected]@yahoo.co.in and send it.
