[Resolved]  Visa Card — unknown no xxxx6007

Reference to the above I would like to inform you the following points :

1. I have been enjoying two Credit Cards – [protected] & [protected].
2. Neither I have applied for any upgradation & nor I have received any other card except above two cards.
3. On 10.04.11 I got a message on my mobile that a transaction of Rs 19700/- (Rupees Nineteen Thousand & Seven Hundred only) ha s been made at cellular shopee from Card No xxxx6007 which has never been received by me. So the question of having any transaction from this card does not arise.
4. Immediately I enquired at customer care cell and came to know this xxxx6007 has been issued in my name.
5. In time I advised to block all of my existing cards whichever in my name.
6. On next day i.e., 11.04.2011 at about 10.30 a.m. I made a call and requested to stop payment of cellular shoppe in time I was told that payment has been already claimed by cellular shoppe and on this reply I was quite astonished.
7. Under the situation enumerated above I request you to kindly allow me to have a copy of acknowledgement of the card delivered by courier at my correspondence address on 03.02.11 at 2.03 p.m.
