I availed VISA MONEY TRANSFER facility of Standard Chartered Bank to transfer Rs. 4000.00 to Visa Card of my friend on 19-10-09. The same has not been credited to his account even today[protected] though they ensures transfer within 2 working days. Receipt no. It seems that Visa Money Transfer on dt 19/10/2009 has been disrupted at some place and I too had transferred fund to ICICI and HSBC card and both tarnsfers are not reflecting in the respective accounts.

Both customer cares are actually not giving any priority in resolving the matter and I had been forced to pay in cash as due dates has approached, wherein they charged extra.

It seems that nobody is going to care. Please apprise, anyone if your can suggest how to proceed further as certainly if my account is debited then fund would have been lying somewhere.

Yes,
I have also faced the same problem when, i was made a Visa transfer from ICICI bank to OBC bank.
Non of the bank take responsibility of this.
Please help us friends.
