Revert the amount paid towards other card

I am using Kotak Credit card no.[protected] and i made payment of Rs.4924.00 through VISA ONLINE TRANSFER from my HDFC Account but the payment was done towards the other card number [protected].When i enquired with Kotak Phone bank i came to know that there is no credit card with this number ([protected]) but the amount was debited from my account.

Money not transferred to beneficiary(icici to andhra bank)

I transfer money from icici to andhra bank(visa card tranfer) on the date 02/11/2009 but it was not reflect into benfeciary account till today(20/11/09)
i had a lot of conversation with icici people,they are saying from our side the transcation executed sucessfully,but money not reflected.

plz help me what the steps i have to follow

VISA MONEY NOT TRANSFERRED

I availed VISA MONEY TRANSFER facility of Standard Chartered Bank to transfer Rs. 4000.00 to Visa Card of my friend on 19-10-09. The same has not been credited to his account even today[protected] though they ensures transfer within 2 working days.

Money not transferred to beneficiary

Dear Sir/Madam,
This complaint is for your reference.

Like every month, I have made a VISA MONEY Transfer from my ICICI savings account to my registered HSBC credit card on OCT 02. The transaction was successful as per the ICICI website that day and my money debited. But, till now the money has not been credited to my HSBC credit card account. Because of this i am being charged late payment as well as interest charges...
