[Resolved]  VISA Money Transfer — Money not transferred to beneficiary(icici to andhra bank)

I transfer money from icici to andhra bank(visa card tranfer) on the date 02/11/2009 but it was not reflect into benfeciary account till today(20/11/09)
i had a lot of conversation with icici people,they are saying from our side the transcation executed sucessfully,but money not reflected.

plz help me what the steps i have to follow

I tranfer money using card transfer on date( 02/11/2009 BIL/[protected]/VISA#/m venkata reddy DR INR 10,019.85 )
money was debt from my account,but it's not credited into the receivers account,i verify the receivers card number everything is correct.
let me know the status please ,whether the transcation is pending from yourside or receivers bank side
