[Resolved] VISA Money Transfer — Revert the amount paid towards other card | |||
I am using Kotak Credit card no.[protected] and i made payment of Rs.4924.00 through VISA ONLINE TRANSFER from my HDFC Account but the payment was done towards the other card number [protected].When i enquired with Kotak Phone bank i came to know that there is no credit card with this number ([protected]) but the amount was debited from my account. Below are the details of the transaction Reference No.: 1299A1 From Account:[protected](HDFC ) Complaint no 1-[protected] Please look into it and see that the amount is reverted. Do the needful.
