[Resolved] Vishal Mega Mart — MOBILE IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY | |
Dear Sir / Madam, I had bought one mobile handset from VISHAL MEGA MART, ALLAHABAD.That is Vishal Mega Mart product namely Z - LINE, Model No. M - 93F.I have BSNL Prepaid connection and i had activated GPRS facility from BSNL and its working properly but in the mobile, I cannot be able to see any website and E-Mail its not opening after doing automatic and manual setting as per BSNL Peoples.MegaMart peoples as telling again and again we will tell you about this with in 2-3 days but now after 10-15 days they are unable to answer me and the time of selling they had told me you can access internet on this mobile and also they had written the same thing in there manual booklet.But till now i cannot access my E-Mail. BSNL peoples are saying that this is Chinese Mobile and you cannot access internet through this mobile. Plz tell me what should i do? Regards. Amiq Ansari Was this information helpful? | |
