I bought at Nagpur Sadar branch of Vision Express
.

I paid 4000 rs in all . The frame was worst then 200 rs frame

It's one of the worst experience. I bought glasses along with frames for my dad and mom and to its surprises all glases got scratches in three months though it was a scratch resistance glasses. Old dad had to suffer without glasses for three days as needed to change. When it got from titan eye..superb quality and better service.

i purchased a spectacle's from Vision express august 2014 and today while walking the glasses of the spectacle just popped out of my left eyepiece and there was a break in frame ...very surprised such thing happened for the 1st time in my 15 yrs of spectacles experince

They are not the worth they claim. I purchased lenses from them and paid about Rs.1800/- Within 3months scratches developed. When I showed them at their shop in Taine square Pune. They said no guarantee for lenses even if they had scratched within 3 months. Telephoning and emailing is of no use . They don't respond.Pichle janam ka paisa dena tha de diya.

Bad experience due to poor service of non delivery of product on assured date inspite of frequent calls and personal request at Salvav, Vapi (GUjarat) Vision Express store.

Very worst service. We used Tambaram centre. My father (old aged) was not treated properly. Complains of Double vision; Even after registering complaints, they are not attending and delaying with some reason or other. Disgrace to their group.

Cheaters at vijaynagar, fools they said they will deliver in 1 hour but that girl was interested talking to his colleague and the frame broke in less than few months

I had ordered (Order # [protected]) my spectacles in Somajiguda, hyderabad branch on 27th Aug, they said it will be ready by 29th, I called on 29th, they said it will be ready by 30th, I again called on 30th, they said it will be ready by 31st, again on 31st they said they will courier it, on 1st Sep I called them they said courier is done but they don't have courier name, docket num as they gave it to someone who do not have mobile number to check. This is the response I got from Prasanna from Somajiguda branch. I am not sure if they are really doing something or playing around.

The worst part is everyday I am only calling them and asking for the details but they never ever called me and updated any status. they are just making money by giving false commitment to the customers.

I am trying to get details on legal proceedings now as I paid 5100/-. As soon as the contact is established I will proceed legally.

my suggestion is never ever go for Vision Express as you see the worst service in your life. now I also doubt about the quality of the product after seeing there customer service.

Very bad service in Ahemedabad reliance center, they dont give you proper informations of their offers and after purchasing the product they keep calling for extra money, not recommend to anyone.I agree they are money swindlers
