[Resolved]  Vision Express — Very very poor quality product and service

I went and check my eye power status in vision express. Their one guy invite me and give good motivating speech about the glass and and its use. But i omit and went my house. But he constantly called my mobile one day more than ten call he made me. So again i went this shop and gave order for my power glass. They gave many promises so i like that time during February 2013 and i bought glass also. Now almost 5 month only running the glass and frame totally damaged i went that shop and inform about this but they did not respond anything. They blaming myself and they gave many promise about the product but not even single promise they did not happen true, I am so worried about this. Kindly People from any where in world please understand the true value and all about this shop. They are not at all care about there promise (like 1 year replacement warranty and any damage they will give new glass and frame) So before go to Vision Express think and do.
