[Resolved] VLCC — pf not RECEIVED FROM LAST THREE YEARS.

Dear sir,

We have subbmitted the pf application twice but every time we visit VLCC WEST OF CHORD ROAD BRANCH BANGALORE were i was working they always show corporate office in DELHI. and corporate office cannot be contacted very easly and THEY always claim they have not received the application at all.

please guide us what can be done in this regard.

Your PF form which was recd in the month of Feb 2010 was submitted with the PF Department on 23/2/2010

at

Office of the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner

Further as a process, Once the form is submitted with department. Department directly sends the PF Amount into the Bank Account of the employee, as mentioned in the PF Withdrawal forms, without giving any info back to the the previous employer, in your case VLCC Health Care Ltd.

You may please contact the PF office at the above mentioned address/ Telephone Number for further status by sharing your PF Number.
