This is to bring to kind notice that I "shagun mishra " from "bareilly" has been under skin purification treatment for 2 months for acne vulgaris with complaints of open and closed comedones, pustules,vesicles,nodules and scar mark on my entire face. I was guaranteed positive results for which I payed 15000/- And instead of recovering the situation has worsened. VLCC has a big name and just for that I opted for the treatment but now for me it's worthless. It's not only about the money but also about the faith I had which is overshadowed by the current situation... looking forward for a reply...

I went to VLCC JP nagar branch Bangalore and enrolled on 26-Aug-2012 for VLCC weight loss program for Rs. 50,000/- and made full payment of the same through my credit card.
I took only took 2 sessions from VLCC and found out that it was not good, and the VLCC staff advised strict diet and daily regular jogging/cardio exercise if I need to loose weight. THis seemed a bit unusual.

Also as part of my work assignment I have to travel abroad and cannot take the services of VLCC anymore, so I requested VLCC to canecl my membership and payback me my amount after deductingthe charges for 2 sessions which I attended. But VLCC people are refusing the same and are saying that they cannot cancel and the money will not be refunded. I wrote the same concern to their coprate office mail @ [protected]@vlcc.co.in, but no responce from them.

I tried reaching them over phone but they are not getting the concerned person over phone.

Kindly hlp me out in hte regard and also to get back the amount of Rs. 50,000/-

I AM BEING CHEATED BY THE VLCC KONDAPUR CENTER BY GIVING FALSE ASSURANCE OF GAURANTEED WEIGHT LOSS OF 10KGS IN 2 MONTHS. BUT IT DID NOT HAPPENED. I AM FILING A CASE AGAINST THIS CENTER. CASE NO.Case No 357/2008 FROM NOIDA HAS GOT A FULL COMPENSATION AGAINST VLCC.

I approached vlcc for a hair treatment. I have curly hair which is dried up due to humid weather.
VLCC suggested me to go for Keratin blowdry which cost me around 11k including taxes, however my hair was still wavy and curly and not blowdry straight as promised after the first wash.
When I reached the office again they promised me to give me the desired service again and now they have straightened my hair which i am yet to wash.
But what i would like to write here is the total cost of my tratment
Keration blow dry=11k
Spa session-2k
Loreal AMine tratement kit-3.5k
Hair spa-2k.
so when a customer approaches u why dont u tell the complete cost and just say it would be done in 11k.I truly would not recommend vlcc for anyone as i feel i too got cheated as everytime i went u gave me some new products and spa treatments and you dont inform it prior that these are the things to be used after the treatment. I would just stay that vlcc is not affordable for the middle class people and please dont make fake promises to people.

I joined for the VLCC program last November, paying around |AED 6500. I have hardly got any results. I suffer from eczema (skin allergy), due to which my skin is sensitive to many products, which i feel VLCC should be aware of before i join the program.. While i joined, they told me the heating sessions will not be given to me, but of course they have charged me for the same. After a few sessions of tummy tuck, i got a severe allergy reaction...

I joined VLCC for a hair loss treatment. Sheila John was the consultant for my case. She prescribed 12 expensive treatments for "revitalising" the scalp. This had absolutely no effect. After 8 sessions, she said, now I had developed dandruff. I did not have dandruff earlier and I think the treatment at VLCC developed the dandruff. Now she made me buy the purifying sessions at the cost of more than 2k per sessions. Long story short, I ended up spending more than 45k and my state was worse than when I started. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE for any treatments. They are complete frauds.

I joined VLCC-kandivli centre for beauty..no doctor's available for 2-3 months and they told me to transfer my package to slimming. After transfer, they were treating as they are giving me free service and their staff is also not working as per their system. As per the rules measurement of client have to be done but they were putting [censored] figures themselves only in the card, without taking actual measurement. They mentioned in the card 2cm loss from every part of body within 3 days???? Just un-believable.. I feel I lost my money and time...

My name is Shilpa.VLCC is very fake business doing.They are cheating clients very easily with false promises.My time and my money both waste and my patience also lost.Nobody taking care once u paid their duty finished. They play silly ,cheap games with clients.

My name is Shilpa. i was joined march 1st 2011.My package is 10kg weight loss.after 6 months i reduced weight only 1kg.There nobody taking care about me.once u paid their duty was finished then our struggle starts.higher officials one name i mentioned (Babitha) in banjarahills branch she is talking very rude.There dietitians are following their own way.i suggest nobody should not join VLCC.There employs are silly jokes behind clients.

last weak i visited for treatement of my hair of rebonding treatement for this they said me 11,000 rs but instead of doing rebonding treatement they done normal straightning treatement & they charged me full for rebonding treatement in whic there ddiffrance amount was 5000 rs straightning also they have not done properly when i made complaint them but they are not responding properly so pls give me proper sollution pls contact on my cell [protected]

I am using VLCC product named Punarnava astringent..from last one year...but this time i buyed and used it was not the same as before...
then i checked the bottles..they are bit different...so please take action regarding it...i have both bottles...my skin had alergee after using that last bottle of astringent...please revert on my email i.d [protected]@yahoo.co.in

I am a working girl, had taken slimming treatment from VLCC,Indore but their counselor conveyed wrong information that definitely you will find 3-4 inch loss , but now after I have taken the treatment and I am not finding any difference , the Center manager called me and said , sorry this treatment was not to reduce inches it was just for toning,. If this is the case , they should refund back my money,...

Hi, I am Priyanka and I took a 5 session Novacid sitting from VLCC. The Jaipur centre manager - Shalini had initially promised that it will smoothen my skin, remove pigmentation, bringing back lusture and also get my acne problems under control. I told her that I do not have acne anymore and I only want to get treated on open pores and existing acne scars. She convinced me that Novacid treatement took care of all those and I would start seeing results after first sitting only.

It was pure fraud. After 1st sitting when I complained of almost no result, she told me that she never promised about any acne scars and I would have to take a different treatment for them. Other than that, she said that only 1 sitting won’t help and I should take all 5 and then see. She also coaxed me to buy VLCC products for better results. I did everything as asked and yet there are no results. Infact, during the treatment, my earlier acne problem emerged back and I had to visit a skin doctor to control it. I am still fighting the scars left and the pathetic centre manger could not even offer me anything for scar removal.

However, when after 5 sittings there was no result, the centre manager agreed with me and her staff accepted all the facts. But they did not agree on giving me my money back or atleast removing the new scars formed from their treatment. I need to take them to consumer court. Can anybody help me. I want my money back.

I Aruna Sharma have been a regular customer of VLCC for the past 5 years and always used to even refer others also about this organization for quality and behavior along with latest techniques, but the incident that occurred on dated 03/03/2011 was something that changed the image of VLCC completely in my mind. I visited the branch of VLCC situated in sector 35 CHD on hair strating that day and got my hair done. The work was done with the total billing of Rs. 5000.00. after coming back from there after 4 days only I found that my hair turned look ugly and I immediately informed the management of the VLCC sector 35 to which they gave me a rude answer and also spoke in an unprofessional tone. I called again to the manager and then when I did not get satisfied with their answer I sent a mail to the office in Mumbai, something happened. The staff called me and asked for the adjustments. I again talked to the staff and they were again speaking a rude and unprofessional language and add on to that they also insulted our mother tongue by saying that the mail should be sent in English and they would do so as the staff does not understand the Hindi language. This is the biggest insult of my life and also of my mother tongue and I shall proceed to the honorable court to see that firstly the consumer rights commission gets me an apology along with the reimbursement along with the time I wasted on this VLCC and also the humiliation that I faced by the people who made fun of me. I shall also strike them with the misconduct and above all the disrespect shown to our mother tongue. I am a tax payer Indian and I shall also seek for the strick punishment given to the people who attended my case. I have discussed the matter with my relatives who are into law and media. This letter is just to intimate you and make you realize that being Indian or speaking in the native language is not a part of shame or disgrace and I wish to teach a very good lesson to the people who did so. I would join the end like to ask that is Mrs. Vandana Luthra an American or the staff of VLCC is doing business in Australiya that they can’t understand the mother tongue.
I shall not resolve this issue soon and make sure that we meet in the law of court and media

Please do not enroll for any packages .They are a waste of money and VLCC is out just to fool people and cheat . They just change colors after you give them money. They will fool you to enroll for packages and never deliver what they had committed. No refund of money, no transfers. and they give 50%-60% discounts on almost everything. Big cheaters

my name is rajini,i have joined vlcc 4 months back,i paid 6600rs for the beauty treatment in vlcc for tanning removal on my face, they told me after 5 sittings you will get a clean face without tanning, now my 4th session has completed but there is no result in my face, looking as like before treatment and my face is getting dark, and also i paid 5000 rs for weightloss treatment, they told me in 12 sittings you will lose 6 to 8kgs weight,now my 9th session has completed but i didn't lost even 3kgs upto now,is vlcc mis guiding peole? what is the solution for my problem?

VLCC Chandigarh mani majra branch is run by a bunch of cheats! they sell offers for which they dont have the equipment and staff! they have conned me into buying one such promotional offer for beauty treatments and for last 2 months have been sending me away saying they dont have any free appointments for the day! today when I lost my cool and gave them a piece of my mind. they said they could only do waxing because they dont have creams and equipments for any other things on the list for which I had paid. To top it when I called their office the lady on the phone ran a numbers marathon while dedicating the number where I could register my complaint. And even before I could tell her that I havent been able to note the number down she hung up! I had to call back again scold and then I got the correct number! VLCC is just a money making centre where their staff is untrained and all of them are LIARS! I wish to go to the consumer forum to get my money back! when I called their centre head Nidhi Soni to register my complaint. She said she is busy in a meeting and cant entertain me now. I havent received her call yet! They just know how to lie and take money! their slimming machines dont work and they have done nothing to get it fixed! Vandana Luthra is a crook!

Sub:- Complaint regarding the Privelage cards of VLCC, Bangalore.

As per the above subject i have purchased 3 Privelage cards from the marketing agents in the month of October 2010 for Rs. 600/- each, who came to my shop and sold and told that they are from VLCC and can avail 25 varieties of services in VLCC in a period of 1 year. so i called VLCC period for confirmation and even they told the same. so i purchased 3 cards.
After 1 month i went to use that card in the VLCC, J.P. Nagar, Bangalore. in the month of Feb 2011, but they told this service has been stopped and cant use the card. they told to ask the marketing agents itself for the refund. when i called the marketing agents they are not responding properly(Switch off and not rechable). Actually i should not ask the marketing people when i have purchased the card of VLCC i should ask VLCC persons only.
i sent a mail to the VLCC headoffice regarding the same and they are telling that cant be refunded and as they got cheated from the agencies, which is no way concernced by the public.
Please help me by getting my money back of Rs: 1800/-. and also help people who are cheated from VLCC.
