[Resolved] VLCC — hair treatment | |||
I approached vlcc for a hair treatment. I have curly hair which is dried up due to humid weather. VLCC suggested me to go for Keratin blowdry which cost me around 11k including taxes, however my hair was still wavy and curly and not blowdry straight as promised after the first wash. When I reached the office again they promised me to give me the desired service again and now they have straightened my hair which i am yet to wash. But what i would like to write here is the total cost of my tratment Keration blow dry=11k Spa session-2k Loreal AMine tratement kit-3.5k Hair spa-2k. so when a customer approaches u why dont u tell the complete cost and just say it would be done in 11k.I truly would not recommend vlcc for anyone as i feel i too got cheated as everytime i went u gave me some new products and spa treatments and you dont inform it prior that these are the things to be used after the treatment. I would just stay that vlcc is not affordable for the middle class people and please dont make fake promises to people. Was this information helpful? | |||

hi..recently I visited vlcc pune aundh branch..For keratin treatment they are charging 46000.I was shocked at the moment. But I felt like it is ok if we get good hair but after seeing reviews about VLCC I decided to quit as I am also a sufferer. 1 year back I joined vlcc for weight reduction treatment paying 27000 but didn't get any result.If we walk/exercise daily and on dieting, everyone will reduce.Just waste of money joining here

vlcc is the worst...i went there for hair fall treatment and they suggested me treatment costing 25000 rupees...whatz the hell..why dont these tell they can't do...i refused for the treatment, then they prescribed expensive products of loreal paris... dont whatz gonna happen... these people only want to sell their products or the products of their allied companies.

I have never been in such a situation where such a big salon like vlcc; deny customer of services because of power cut or water shortage. This was the repetitive instance at vlcc magarpatta, with me. They should learn from other renowned salons and even small salons in the city. They are far behind and no where in comparison in terms of customer service, infrastructure or staff.
I agree with Cheekuu. VLCC Magarpatta denies service at many instances saying no water or no electricity.
I like vlcc before., but not now ..I took kerafusion treatment and felt very happy with the result..after first wash the hair became 50% frizzy..but they said I would be there for 3 months..highly disappointed

I joined VLCC Surat for weight reduction, initially while we go for inquiry the staff behaves very politely and treats very well. I paid 40k and seriously it wasn't worth because after few days they denied to give sessions because my weight wasn't reducing. They said use the gym today in which only one machine was in working condition . They approach the customers for subscribing in heavy services.
All in all I want to say that they only make big promises. Only to break them. Highly disappointed.
I guess never in my life I will approach VLCC for any service.

I can very much relate to the experiences shared by so many people above. You definitely feel cheated and misguided at VLCC. big false promises and no results. I've had a horrible experience with the weight loss programme.
Worst experience. Have been straighening my hair for 10 years In various other saloons and everything was fine until I visited VLCC Brookfield. Did keratin hair treatment and used suggested Moroccan oil and DF shampoo and conditioner. To my surprise my hair fall has increased tremendously and within 1 month it’s all back to normal curly hair!!! Money loss for hair loss!!! VLCC- how you gonna fix it? Anyways I am not going to visit this place ever again!!! No rating
