[Resolved]  Vmoksha Technologies Pvt Ltd — Not received my full and final settlement

At first, without accepting the resignation given on 5th Nov VMOKSHA considered my absence on 6th Nov as leave in notice period very next day after giving resignation and gave reasons for not eligible for notice period as taken leave.this is against law and not part of employment conditions and manipulated by management in there favour.My resignation was accepted on 9th November 2009 and same day considered LWD.Moreover, VMOKSHA has not paid f&f settlement even after a month now, my LWD being 9th November 2009.I am told by finance dept that they will call me and inform when cheque is ready but they are simply delaying it and are making stories.Kindly request finance dept to immediately pay the f&f settlement amount without any further delays.

I am also facing same problem last 8 months back I have resigned the company still I did not get the final settlement amount from Vmoksha. I have lost my patience please let me know how to claim my salary….. I have been waiting your valuable suggestion.

Same is the case with Kennovation Software Services, Andheri (E). They have not done full and final settlement from the past 1 year of any employees. I suggest all need to teach such companies a good lesson, so that they do not fool people and raise their homes on peoples hard work and money. these people are truly shameless, and they don give a damn about employees problems.only fill their pockets, whcih are getting deeper and deeper

I have received F&F on time. Vmoksha also pays salaries by 29 / 30 of each month

They are majority of the people who have not received final settlement.Those who are settled in vmoksha will not have any problem what about the people who's final settlement is still not done after 1or 2 years

I have worked in this company for more than 8 years and can vouch that Manjunath B, Rajesh H are not employees of this company. I strongly beleive they are posted by the management of Vmoksha ;-)) Don't fall into their trap. These guys are masters of fraud.

There are so many Senior Managing people who have left at the time of earlier ceo have all joined back, it is great working under them salaries are paid on time, my seniors are so good and approachable

Not true, all employees are working since many years, salaries are paid in time, Seniors are approachable to resolve issues at any time. new joinees and freshers gain loads of experience. full and final settlements are issues with few employees of the past who have resigned without notice period and creating bad name for the company

Vmoksha dont pay Gratutity as well, we need to complain with gratuity department or use RTI act to get the information from gratuity department

I also did not get my bond money which is Rs. 60000. I am still waiting for vmoksha action

Hello All,

I have not got my bond money as company have told me to leave the organization. The HR that time told me that i will be getting my bond money within 1 month but it has been more than 1 month since i resigned but still no response from them.

Even they have blocked my email id to there server and when i am sending mails to them the mails are bouncing. It cant get ugly than this.
